I bet she has re-read the book now she is suing Joe Tacky-0 ex-super lawyer but as Bernie Kerik, Tacopina's ex-BFF, biz partner and client proved Tacopina is a super liar. However, a birdie tweets a tune that says this is not the first lawsuit by a Tacopina investor. Back in 2012, another alleged investor, namely, Paul D'Emila also sued Joe Tacopina and TAG Partners for "Breach of contract," "conversion", "unjust enrichment," and demanded various damages. I suppose if Joe Tacopina can somehow engage in a Settlement Agreement, he could use the anticipated Allstate pay out to pay off Ms. Crier, and, use the excess funds to prosecute Bernie Kerik and his lawyer, Mr. Parlatore. Mr. Tacopina seemingly went ballistic when the former police commissioner accused his of abusing pain killers. Maybe the A-Rod lawyer has a reason to be so angry? Maybe not?
