He falsified his report and than she gave me a police report by Lt. Angelo Burgos also with a whopping lie seems like the dirty detectives at the first precinct involved with this including Sgt Chen he never met with me or contacted me. I got Lt Burgos's email from a detective who told me he was a supervisor and I emailed him asking for badge numbers and Lt Burgos never responded. I took the email asking for batch numbers and sent it to Ray Kelly, Chief Espoito, DI Ed Winski and got no response. Sgt Chen told me I could report Delita Hooks false cross complaint over the phone and when I came in I have audio of him having reception desk NYPD turn me away and he is supervisor refuse to meet me. The police are not allowed to turn victims away. They do not have to investigate crime but they aren't allowed to turn People away from reporting crime.
