In the meantime, the NY Daily News reports the "911 call" was made by Jaclyn Stapp (Neshweiwat) and her sister (the name is oddly withheld) making it a strange event as to why a sister would be involved in a 911 emergency call where the police did not see a need to detain Scott Stapp after the call. Some have raised the question, was this 911 call part of a plan by the wife divorcing the troubled rock star and to use his rehabs and mental issues against him or to gain an advantage in her divorce? In a statement reported on Ultimate Classics, today, Mr. Stapp states, "In no way, shape or form are any of these accusations true...."This vicious attack was levied against me after I discovered multiple counts of financial fraud and embezzlement ...." Stapp also pledges to release rehab records to prove he was clean.

The N.Y. Daily News reports Mrs. Stapp has since obtained full custody of the 3 kids and the STAPP mansion. This sounds more like a nasty divorce rather than a CIA plot...LOL.
