Scott Stapp Of Creed Could be bad News for Bikini Dina Joe Tacopina A-Rod's Lawyers now being Sued by Kerik's lawyer on Jane Doe Case?

Former Joe Tacopina high profile client, Scott Stapp, asserts he needs to find an "honest" and "good lawyer" to take his grievances all the way to the top. In a video he then claims he contacted lawyers he used in the past (he did not name counsel but court records verify he retained Joe Tacopina to sue his record label, Wind Up Records in 2012) but that Stapp claims the lawyers were initially interested until the record label speaks to his lawyers and sways them not to get involved, because, supposedly, they would only get 5 cents to the dollar (listen to his recent You Tube videos to hear this allegation when he files a criminal report)...?
Mr. Stapp is also being threatened to be forcibly placed into a "psych hold" for "60 days" based upon court papers filed by Jaclyn Stabb, Scott's Stapp's former Miss New York wife (aka Jaclyn Neshweiwat) and his mother-in-law. Notably, Jaclyn Neshweiwat, is the big sister of Dina Neshweiwat, a criminal attorney working for Joe Tacopina, Esq., who represented disgraced NY Yankee player, A-Rod lawyer against MLB. It should be noted that both lawyers are being sued for legal malpractice by Bernie Kerik lawyer, Tim Parlatore, Esq.
Mrs Stapp (soon to be ex-Mrs Stapp) claims to be a so-called "philanthropist" for money charities linked to Scott Stapp's name and business holdings. Interestingly, last week, Mr. Stapp made national news by claiming someone obtained access to his passwords and stole money (millions) from his bank accounts. In a recent You Tube video he released he claims he filed a criminal police report and that he intends to expose the truth, despite threats made against him.
Mr. Stapp seems to also imply in his videos that he has been hung-out-to-dry by a bunch of "insiders" who, he asserts, have wronged him in soem way. He implies he is being blackmailed and states he has physically threatened from exposing the truth. It is curious to know what Mr. Stapp exactly means by this. However, when people file for divorce and expect certain treatement from the Courts, it is a known pattern that family matters can get ugly and lead to disclosing incriminating facts against the other side. Notably, if Mrs. Stapp (Jaclyn) has sought any legal advise from her sister, Tacopina associate, Dina Neshweiwat, who is being sued for legal malpractice by Bernie Kerik lawyer, Tim Parlatore, she may be walking an dangerous ethical tightrope. Obviously, Mr. Tacopina's law firm owes Mr. Stapp fiduciary obligations as he is a former client and certain related parties may be involved in his fraud/theft claims. However, Mr. Tacopina, Esq.,
has already been accused of conflicts of interest by "Jane Doe" a lawyer who is suing Tacopina and Dina Neshweiwat for 'legal malpractice.' Notably, all four characters were seen in a strange swimming pool photo supposedly taken around July 4, 2014 and posted of Mr. Stapp's web site. In that photo, Ms. Neshweiwat can be seen in a bikini and nearly pressing her chest against Mr. Stapp's former counsel, Mr. Tacopina, who, is teh lawyer who sued his record company and which Mr. Stapp accuses (or some record company) of wronging him from royalities, etc... It was Mr. Tacopina who sued his record label, Wind Up Records, in 2012....so any allegations of collusion might be with a raised eye brow.
Mr. Stapp's recent video comments raises serious questions and concerns. As a lesson to all lawyers, they should be very careful about NOT getting too close or seen as involved with their junior partners or client's wives especially when they have a fiduciary obligation to avoid the appearance of a conflict of issue..... It is very concerning to hear any client state he feels betrayed and taken advantage of and (according to Mr. Stapp) he claims he will name names and expose the truth....over what remains to be seen...filed under another 'happy' Tacopina client....lol
