Google Dr Fagelman Assault and see the YouTube of Delita Hooks threatening me and hitting me with over 116,000 views is NOW age restricted as of Oct 7, 2014. The youtube was age restricted along with other Youtubes of mine last year and I fought and won to have the age restrictions removed as it was unfair, discrimination and censorship. Now here we go again. There is a long record of aggravated harassment false flagging removal of my work.
Zzxxxxxxxxxx. Removed a paragraph on certain legal action I want to set up with Google to go after people that flag me as well as Google policy changesxccxxxx
but should be sending you a letter soon if the YouTube age restriction is not removed. It is also wrong to make someone have gmail aka google mail to prove their age. The most violent part of the YouTube happens after the camera goes black. You Google YouTube have not age restricted one Ray Rice YouTube and countless youtubes of violence including a boy slapping his mom on Dr Phil but you continue to violate my rights a loyal good YouTube partner in good standing.
Stop and immediately remove the age restriction. I am tired of being wrongly and unjustly flagged.
The links to appeal are blocked so I am alleging this is an inside job to help my attacker and her employer and to change the ranking in the search engines. I am going to be in Federal Court possibly 2 more years pursing Justice for the NYPD that coerced me and legal documents proving my attacker lied to the NYPD as well as Det John Vergona lied are in the links – I posted the documents on scribd.com and posting the links in all YouTubes. I am a citizen journalist and a YouTube partner in good standing.
My YouTubes have been written up in The New York Times, The NY Post, The NY Daily News, The Advocate and the subway miracle rescue went around the world.
