Did A-Rod lie? WHO LIED??

  The A-Rod Lawyer Tacky-0 (if he was a retained lawyer or whether he just did it for publicity) has an obligation to tell the truth in his statements and to counsel his client (A-Rod) so he is not sued. Like so many A-Rod lawyer clients, just like a deadly tornado, there is an aftermath of pillage, absolute destruction, and obviation. Nothing ever goes easy for his clients, unless they are so nuts, so deadly and so murderous that any victory or technicality is a "win-win." Technically, had his questionable legal maneuvering and insider reporting from the likes of Chris Cuomo (Yes, Andrew Cuomo brother on CNN) a young and vibrant lady may still be alive and the murderer thrown in Rahway State Prison with the only sex he would have with Tyrone and Bubba. So much for those tough South American prisons...  

  IN MY OPINION, former police commissioner, Bernie Kerik has a golden opportunity to do what the authorities, so far, have not. Expose this lawyer and his network of partners, associates and of counsel attorney for the danger they are to the public. If Bernie can show he is for real, for the public and as truly become a reformer like Robert Lafollette of WI or Mayor LaGuardia of NYC, he will have a real accomplishment and maybe (as crazy as it seems) he can run for Mayor and dissect himself from all of the slugs who helped ruin his career and hurt us, the public  - only time will tell.....Bernie, give them hell! "
