"The FDNY is investigating what caused a 21-minute wait for an ambulance to reach an Easter fire that left two 4-year-olds dead — a case reminiscent of that of 4-year-old Ariel Russo, who was hit by a car and died after an ambulance dispatch delay.

Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano admitted Monday there was a delay in sending ambulances to the Sunday blaze in Far Rockaway, Queens, and said the department was reviewing the response."

 "Israel Miranda, president of the union for city emergency medical technicians and paramedics, said misinformation hampered the response in Queens.

“Initial reports by rescuers on the scene indicated that there were no injuries,” he said, noting that EMS dispatchers did not learn there were two children in cardiac arrest until seconds before the first ambulance arrived."

I have a witness from Mark Carson's murder scene that says the NYPD Officer called and asked where's the bus meaning  where's the ambulance because it was delayed I'm not saying a long time but when you been shot in the face every second counts.

Two NYPD hero auxiliary officers were shot later died at St. Vincent's Hospital - Mark Carson didn't even have that chance .

City Council said that look into it and in my opinion they lied and did not.   It was just easier to say oh we got shot in the face case closed despite my testimony of City Hall I feel like the invisible woman.
