Stringer can't do his own taxes and is not qualified for the comptroller job.
If Board of Elections actually counted the votes for real and audited them I believe they would find Spitzer won.
Bloomberg Quinn made a back room deal with Stringer to continue his ego massages and salary, benefits and perks he can earn in the real world if he makes sure not to open up auditing the largest tech tax payer Titanics starting with 911and 311 to protect Team Bloomberg from having to take immunity and suffering amnesia in future criminal trials where Mike would most likely commit perjury again like he did -- a sitting mayor during The Haggerty Trial.
