COMMENT:  The city track record when it comes to taking away disability pensions is now worst than atrocious.  But it wasn't always that way.  

 

The police commissioner at one time had the ability to take one's pension away (all types) for just about any reason, even after you were long retired.  The department and politicians used that right as a political tool and abused it.  It was almost always used to silence officers that came forward after they retired.  Officers who had attempted to expose corruption and ill-treatment on the department.  

 

After decades of abuse, the police unions finally got laws passed to safeguard our pensions.  

 

If I was a betting man, I'd bet the farm that it just ain't going to happen.  But it does make for some good press!  And it also begs the question:  Could it be that Campisi is just trying to save his job now that we have a new commissioner?   -Mike Bosak

Ron Kuby told me Det John Vergona wanted to punish me put me thru the system delaying my false arrest for not dropping charges as he demanded yelling at me.   Kuby wrote Monday, the Saturday after I had agreed to be false arrested for the 2nd time.  I agree to drop the charges against my ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges.  My attacker Delita Hooks sent in a ghost written letter threatening me again if I dare go to The NYPD and press charges she would retaliate yet again with yet another (false) cross complaint.

When I called from the first precinct and asked what is the name of the receptionist who just punched me in the eye --- it was a long running punch -- Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks wanted to knock me out but she only made a hole in my retina for which I needed surgery and she hoped to drag me by the hair to the elevator.  She seemed surprised when I finally defended myself instead of continuing to be her human piñata but without putting down my 2 bags one with iPad and my iPhone.

I asked Dr Vine my MD's receptionist what is the name of the receptionist who punched me and she said "Delite"  Dr Vine's reception told me she does not now Delite's last name.  Do you think she tipped off Delita Hooks who sits right next to her violating my patient rights after Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my patient rights including berating me, coming out from behind a long closed off reception desk, menacing stalking me and giving me the finger but worse than Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my body when I wouldn't accept her abuse of power and unprofessionalism as okay and normal.

Well Delita Hooks than lied and blamed me and I am told the women in the video joined in.   The NYPD fixed this savage horrific attack and it took 1 year and 1 good cop to get her false cross complaint.
