I believe the comments are made by an NYPD officer or someone on the receiving end of the NYPD's fixing and favors program but the Internal Affairs officer I finally got on the phone said he did not understand what I was saying and doesn't understand Google YouTube comments etc. I tried to explain in the old days the NYPD as an example the dirty 30 would beat the crap out of People and or get someone else to do it -- now I allege the NYPD have taken to on line abuse aggravated harassment and witness tampering in the case of me being savagely assaulted at Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks where the YouTube "Det Vergona Delita Hooks assaulted me filed a false cross complaint" was illegally and wrongfully removed --- I allege by someone acting on behalf of Det John Vergona and the NYPD --- the only way to know is to start serving subpoenas. I can assure you IAB won't investigate as they already let Det Vergona retired and IAB woman Sgt at the Command Center said she would not investigate aggravated harassment as comments she was sure weren't coming from the NYPD. IAB in my opinion corrupt.
I have made a lot of complaints but guess what? If IAB did there job I wouldn't have to.
Where is the arrest of Delita Hooks for assault and a false cross complaint. She even threatens me in a letter to her NYPD fixers -- me her victim if I ever try to file assault charges against her….that alluded IAB along with her false cross complaint which her detectives sealed in under a year which is highly unusual and that alluded supervisors like Sgt Chen and Lt Angelo Burgos and all of IAB? So did the video and Ron Kuby's letter that was shorthand for I was coerced. I agree to drop the charges against my attacker if my attacker drops the charges where her letter threatens me her victim to her NYPD fixers.
7:41 am --- the YouTube channel -- video possible of owner of channel shows his spider web tattoo on his elbow…..
The older meaning of the spider web tattoo is that a person has murdered another in prison. This ends up being a self-protective tattoo, warning others to stay away.

I'm currently in the running to work for a local PD. I've passed PT and Written and am currently awaiting a call from my BI. I also have a spider web tattoo on my right elbow! I'm kind of nervous that I'll get through most of this grueling process only to be rejected for my tattoo. During my PT Test I wore a long sleeve per advice of a family member who works for the PD as an active LEO, so I didn't really get any flack from the officers running the site. Although I did see some other guys with visible forearm tats. What are my chances of being rejected????
Different police forces have different rules on tattoos so in theory the NYPD would allow a cop to be on the force with a spider web on his elbow as long as it is covered…..this police dept with quote from the article not NYPD would not allow it? http://masscops.com/threads/police-tattoo-policy-sticks.20075/
The department's policy aims to prevent "KKK" tattoos, swastikas or other symbols that could offend people who come into contact with police. "We're servants. The public deserves to feel comfortable in our presence," he said.
