Woke up 1:30. Just remember how the 9th Precinct preventing me from reporting my allegations against Det John Vergona, an alleged hate crime Anti-Semitism. I was told by Det Sanchez to go to another Precinct not the First and report the hate crime so I went to The 9th Precinct. They refused to take the complaint and said IAB would investigate. IAB never investigate my allegations of anti-Semitism and misogyny.
You are not allowed to prevent someone from reporting a crime and when it came to reporting crimes I was prevented by Det John Vergona fr reporting I was violently assaulted almost losing my vision at Dr Fagelman's he verbally violently coerced me.
It is almost 2am and I realize again IAB never contacted me to interview on anything to do with my allegations against Det Vergona and that includes my allegations of anti-Semitism, misogyny, I even alerted IAB same Det Squad is alleged to have done something similar to a whistle blower like me on 911 Tech corruption on behalf of a retired NYPD officer turned consultant to the City on 911 tech which I am fighting daily from my blog for over a year now to get a criminal investigation.
The NYPD do not have to investigate a crime if they don't feel like but Internal Affairs has to and in my case did not but cover-up police corruption and abuse of power including all NYPD in supervisor positions including I am alleging Chief Esposito who I did not bother including who's assistant just referred me to Ed Winski, than Commander of the 01 who did nothing. I asked Esposito via mail sending him email I Lt Burgos asking for badge numbers as I did Commish Kelly and reported Delita Hooks to Kelly, Campisi, Ed Winksi, Lt Burgos, Sgt Chen and repeatedly to Internal Affairs and how NYPD Det Squad fixed it, coerced me even sending them

IAB never called me to meet with me regarding any of this which in my opinion is blatant misconduct, corruption by IAB covering up for corruption by the NYPD and the NYPD demands you report IAB misconduct to IAB so based on my experience IAB can sweep it under the rug to protect the NYPD Brand.
I can't wait to testify against all involved in a New Commission and give evidence to an outside monitor although there will be a huge wait because the NYPD and IAB so out of control they are named in how many lawsuits as well as how many who didn't sue the City because the NYPD aren't obligated to investigate crime and they reported to IAB NYPD didn't investigate or NYPD fixed it and IAB did nothing. I have proof IAB did not investigate the fact I was horrifically coerced emotionally pistol whipped and my medical conditions from the assault serious plus Vergona knew I have a collapse bladder from fibroid tumors not from the assault yet he insisted I wait 4 days which was 19 days after I was savagely assaulted to false arrest me and knowingly using a false cross complaint.
I had called the Attorney General's investigation unit and they said go to the DA directly. The DA turned me away stating IAB would have to contact them and IAB joined the group of corrupt cops from The First Precinct who prevented me from bringing the case of assault and a False Cross Complaint to the DA.
Filled out FOIL report for Public Advocate with date for my lawsuit as more evidence lied to and mislead as IAB fixed it for Det John Vergona who verbally violently threatened me with false arrest knowingly using Delita Hooks false cross complaint.
IAB lied to us fixed it and let Det Vergona and his supervisor retire. The fix is in.
All involved have no moral compass or belief in G-d.
You can't do this kind of evil, violence and lies blaming the victim and fixing a violent crime for
the criminal and believe in G-d.
Working on legal actions and with suing Dr Fagelman I have time.
I also believe karma will be served down the road to all involved.
I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way.

I call Delita Hooks the Jodi Arias of reception desks. The NYPD and Internal Affairs helped her get away with everything but murder. If you think your receptionist is awful jut be happy she has never come out from behind a long reception desk to make a hole in your clients retina and damaged your customer's neck and lie to the NYPD about it confident for some reason the NYPD would fix it!
Strange huh! Yup Internal Affairs and the NYPD acted like they get Viagra from Doctor Fagelman or something because everybody agrees you do not get to hit a medical patient EVER. You don't punch a customer and her throwing her shoes a clue something is very wrong in Dr Fagelman's choice for a meeter and greeter at the front desk.
