+ In video I do not make it clear Prof Eterno said I should have been allowed to
report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.  He says they should have taken
my complaint and it should have been documented Suzannah Troy alleged Delita Hooks
filed a false cross complaint.
Woke up middle of the night and posted these comments -- also see comments from earlier
in the day.  Traumatizing I am told to watch Delita Hooks assaulting and battering me - for me the MD and NYPD role sickening and further traumatizing -- Dr Fagelman just evil in my opinion
as well as NYPD fixers. IA still has not contacted 01 to arrest her yet which is worrisome they are
as corrupt as I have been told.

My allegation should have been filed in Delita Hooks and my files. Instead after Sgt Chen begrudgingly said come in and report it I was turned away which I audio recorded. 5 months since I reported to IA I have heard nothing!!!! At least while IA tried to cover this up the cops would have faced a CCRB inspector & testimony not covert hidden like IA.

Thank you but I am a victim in a violent assault by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Office Manger Delita Hooks and the NYPD -- certain corrupt cops First Precinct fixed it -- it is open on going investigation and today cyber bullying harassment began again on behalf of them is my suspicion. Not rushing to meet someone from YouTubeland right now but thank you.

Original assault and battery video

Note heavy woman leaning against the wall like she is waiting for a bus -- what ever she
has seen has not alarmed her as she leans there after Delita violently gave me the finger
getting in front of me as I tried to exit.  Delita Hooks provoked me several times, one to verbally defend myself after her verbal assault, two to look for my MD Dr Vine who sadly was already in
with a patient and three after she escalated to getting out to menace me and give me the finger - she provoked me to use my iPhone to document.

Note Delita Hooks' hand on the door knob.  She could have closed the door but was experiencing
road rage and so out of control she made up her mind she wanted my blood and she got it
after threatening me.

Det John Vergona all all involved from Det Squad have never met me.  Vergona refused to meet me in person when he questioned me about which eye I got punched in. I said let me come down to the 01 and see for yourself my eye and my arm with defensive wounds.

He repeatedly said no. He also said I don't care if you have 2 black eyes.
