If Preet Bharara went back in Time CityTime criminal case it would mean the end
of Bill Thompson and Christine Quinn's mayoral jobs. I want to know why the
head of DOI leaves and Rose Gill Hearn a Cathie Black type who is Mike's political arm comes in.
Rumor is DOI notified both re: CityTime and ECTP 911 stealing and did nothing.
