Det Squad First Precinct Corrupt Abuse of Power?
If you need to be contacted or reach out to the Det Squad because you are a victim I feel sorry for you.
I had the first truly awful experience of my life EVER and with the squad and they are supervised by Sgt. Chen.
Lt. Angelo Burgos is the supervisor retiring but I believe he and even Deputy Inspector Ed Winski all know my civil rights were violated and that the woman who assaulted me filed a false complaint -- a crime she committed in the First Precinct the day after she threatened me with bodily harm, assaulted me three times before I defended myself and apparetnly all those crimes are find with Lt Burgos, Sgt. Chen who early agreed I had right to report a crime -- the false complaint and than when I got to the First Precinct as he had instructed me to do -- come in -- he changed his stance and would not even meet with me.
So did he violate my civil rights? Did Det. from the Det Squad do so?
Like Ron Kuby perhaps inspired NYC gov to not pay DI Bologna's bills -- if I sue would that be possible based on what I would put force that NYC Gov would refuse to pay their bills.
It is so interesting how confident NYPD officers are because tax payers are paying their bills but what if NYC gov refuses and by the time the law suits are filled -- there may also be a Federal one -- than what would it be like if the new administration refused to pay for these officers legal bills like the present administration did for DI Bologna.
I am just thinking and considering my options. I have time to file and the Federal law suits I have three years.
If you need a detective and it's the First Precinct -- I feel sorry for you.
I warned a victim who needed the first precinct -- told her what happen to me.
I feel sorry and we pay these detectives how much money? My rights were violated.
