Dr Andrew Fagelman Reception Assault Punches Me Breaks 1,000 views
Before I exit she violently gives me the finger.

Watch her threaten me with bodily harm. There appears to be a key dangling from her hand that I believe leaves defensive marks on my left forearm as documented in photo and medical report. Is that assault with a weapon. Falsifying a complaint is a criminal complaint explained a young cop to me in the subway after I showed him the video. He pointed out the key and than I realized it was the key and not a nail that left the 2 scratches on my forearm.
I was not pistol whipped by a det who never met me or went to the medical offices but read how a detective threatened me with a weekend in jail if I did not drop charges using in my opinion a false complaint a criminal action punishable by jail time to make me being assaulted disappear. The Det did not know she sat by the door or cared she was out behind the desk at the door violently giving me the finger as I exited.
The women in the video all shout for her not to assault me are lying for her?
I was there to have a cyst removed and had two injections to numb my elbow.
A medical place is suppose to be a safe place and a professional place yet I was verbally assaulted, followed and given the finger violently as I exited.
Yelp always asks for feedback. The MRI place for my neck asks for feedback but who would believe it if I was not on camera and what did the NYPD Det first precinct do?

The detective was disrespectful day 1. Was he prejudice against me for some reason?
From activism, anti-Semitism to misogyny - any ideas...?
