I am standing near Beth Israel which has a Rape Crisis Center but in my opinion Christine Quinn all of City Council that voted for Rudin Luxury condos instead of a hospital -- Charles Barron only City Council member to vote for hospital.
Rewind Christine Quinn and city council with 3 exceptions voted themselves a raise while approving NYPD salary lowered!!!
