Mike Bloomberg “hints” the protestors may have over stayed their welcome?  Well funny because that is how most New Yorkers feel about our 3rd term mayor and “Team Bloomberg” as well as Mike’s mini-me Christine Quinn who said we needed Mike for a 3rd term to help us with the economy.  Mike when you are done with your “public service” (hardee har) you are heading to the golf course...where should they young people with no job opportunities head?

The young folks of Occupy Wall Street eagerly open up boxes that have been delivered to them -- some where from supporters that had socks, whistles, food shipped from Amazon.com and some sent letters of encouragement.

I was uploading the announcement that RadioHead was going to play for them at 4am today and the computer access via 3g on my Iphone took way too long so I missed the photo op.

They are also not allowed to use a loud speaker so the group chants what the speaker has to say in place of aloud speaker and there is something touching about that.  You can hear it at the end of my YouTube when he makes the Radio Head announcement.   I swung by and hour later and it was much more crowded including with NY media that had previously ignored them probably hoping Radiohead would appear although the NY Times says officially it ain’t happening according to their rep.

There are a lot more photos but I am suffering from extreme exhaustion so maybe down the road I will post more photos and videos.

Mike wired 1.1 million dollars out of his personal account the day before the election and even if Paris Hilton worked for Mike on his campaign she would have a heard time spending that amount of money in 24 hours. Did Mike Bloomberg the king of funneling money really believe Haggerty could disperse 1.1 million dollars to campaign workers and on campaign expenses in 24 hours? I don’t think so. The goal was to win at all costs and feel free to keep the change so to speak. Bloomberg never asked for a forensic audit for this mayoral run or the previous one where he funneled money to Haggerty as well. John Haggerty is innocent, as innocent as Mike Bloomberg that is.

I’m extremely disappointed in the City Council, particularly Christine Quinn and (my UES representative) Jessica Lappin (“Who Will Save Them?” Sept. 22) for fast-tracking the bill that will excuse the city of its obligation to build desperately needed animal shelters in both the Bronx and Queens. As Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal said, “This might increase the number of staff people, but there will be no room. This is sentencing thousands of animals to death by not following up with building new shelters.”

Shame on the council, the ASPCA and the Mayor’s Alliance for Animals, among others, for not fighting for what’s best, instead adding dollars to an already broken shelter system.

Mayor Bloomberg’s techno dreams are the tax payer’s nightmares as a record number of white collar crimes have been exposed at City Hall under his leadership despite being touted for his great business acumen.  Where is Dept. of Investigation in all of this?  Why have we heard nothing about the on going CityTime scandal and why are we not suing to get tax payer money back on ECTP -- the 911 Tech System to NYCAPS to a series of Board of Ed tech scams and theft.  Most of all where are the arrests of NYC government officials and management or are they above the law?  The last we heard from Rose Gill Hearn the head of DOI she was doing informercials for CityTime along with Mike, the king of outsourcing praising CityTime when in fact The NY Post reported the city is looking at new time clock systems.  Note that mayor Mike has approved 800 city workers that are paras for the school system to be laid off in contrast to a millions stolen by consultants on CityTime...with one showing up at a bank with a duffel bag of cash.   Mayor Bloomberg’s  legacy is more than tainted by the largest white collar crimes in NYC gov. history, he and his mini-me Christine Quinn using slush and intimidation to push through a 3rd term selling the lie we needed Mike to help us with the economy when we have more poverty now and homelessness as well as a mayor and his staff being given immunity in the Haggerty Trial from a DA that says Mike Bloomberg did not break campaign laws when he did.  Why do I feel like I am watching a really awful reality show but I am not -- I am living it.

The outcome will be announced at the end of October.
