The American Justice System has collapsed just  like Wall Street.  NYPD Rape Cop Moreno should be going to jail for rape.  Some how the jurors could not understand in the State of New York if someone is drunk they cannot consent to sex.  The Rape Cops preyed on her and returned over and over to her apt.  Joe Tacopina made a big deal about the NYPD Rape victim walking on her own in her high heels.  Well Imette St. Guillen walked out of a bar here in NYC on her own steam and was raped, tortured and murdered.  Tacopina is now representing Imette’s family which is shocking considering his treatment of the NYPD rape victim as well as representing van der Sloot.  By the way, was their a DNA fix in the rape cop trial?  The rape cops admit being in her bed and on her couch...but not one strand of DNA was found...?  Not even a strand of hair....?  Were the jurors prejudice against women blaming the rape victim for getting herself in to this situation as one juror stated.  Welcome to Misogynist NYC and by the way rapes are up in NYC and under-reported.  Ask Joe Tacopina and Chad Venus Fly Trap if they have any ideas on why that is?  Tacopina Seigel perhaps thought it was amusing to ask if “it” snaps shut like a Venus Fly Trap?  Tacopina Seigel’s forensic  expert was the MD that handed over baby Lisa illegally with no paper work to Joel Steinberg who later beat her to death at age 6. As I said the American Justice System is like Wall Street is a joke, a facade...a wreckage.
