Alan Dershowitz USPS Chronic Law Breakers Zero Accountability
http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2011/08/alan-dershowitz-usps-criminal.html
Dear Alan:
Just out walking today -- just take a look...see anything that looks illegal that the average New Yorker would be ticketed up to their eye balls if they were doing? The USPS can’t even break even but lose multi-billion dollars a year and that is with daily law breaking activity that competitors cannot get away with.
Is is possible for postal workers to come on to your property here in NYC and threaten and intimidate you, tamper with your mail box and get away with it if the lobby/mail area has no video cameras? Well now it days it would be a lot harder to do thanks to the Iphone but just a few years ago what do you think Alan? Do you think intimidation and Mafia like behavior goes on within the USPS Alan? The USPS is not a very smart because they let their workers get away with intimidation but they do not make the connection with losing a fortune in business because people do not want to use the USPS or have any contact with the USPS. You can’t give people some kind of Federal Status and let them get away with abusing it and expect people to use the USPS! The USPS kids itself it is because of the internet. Yeah right. No one wants to set foot in a post office. Why is that?
The USPS make the Mafia look warm and cuddly but there is a difference...the Mafia turns a profit and the USPS loses multi-billions breaks the law and uses the United States federal status to prevent accountability under the law! The USPS union has hurt the USPS but they kid themselves they are protecting union workers rights....rights to what break the law? Right to come on to people’s property and threaten them, steal as one of my friends caught 2 workers doing on video - 1 fired one later returned to the same route! The USPS should not have United States on it’s uniform unless we are accepting criminal less than ethical behavior as ethical along with losing multi-billions..... No wonder the USA has multi-trillions in debt but prefer Fed Ex because they understand two words “customer service”. Fed Ex costs more and does not break laws and get away with criminal activity and somehow turns a profit!
Alan, the USPS vehicles don’t have license plates and now that you had a relative die and the vehicle allegedly responsible was USPS with no license plate do it make you wonder that maybe every vehicle in the USA should have a license plate including the USPS. The USPS should not have federal status to aid and abet them when it comes to accountability and the law.
p.s. Alan -- What are the number of deaths courtesy of the USPS in the USA? The deaths including your sister-in-law are all by vehicles with no license plates that at least here in NYC chronically break the law daily.
