HIP sends Suzannah B. Troy an apology, apologies adding up Google and USPS
I have apology letters from the USPS and from Google. Now I have one from HIP.
HIP is going to cover the physical therapy and I got a very well written apology letter.
The other HIP upset were I was denied coverage was not HIP's fault but the specialist's office. Whom ever handled the paper on her side screwed up. All of the above caused me great upset but it is nice to get apology letters.
The USPS wrote me apology letters but they never solved the problems and abuse. There letters were appreciated but it is no surprise the USPS continues to lose billions of dollars each year.
The most treasure apology is from Google.
It is nice to get an apology but I am it is amazing how few people really have the courage and humanity to own up to what they have done wrong and are such cowards they transfer their own vile abuse on to innocent people....the dark side and the weakest aspects of humanity nature.
I do feel better about HIP after receiving the apology letter as well as them asking me for feedback.
I do resent paying high prices for health insurance...I refer to health care here in NYC as capitalistic prices for communist Russia care.
I avoid Beth Israel because they embody the communist Russia mentality and if you have to go there for a doctor's visit I suggest bringing a very large book to read.
Also it is hard to find doctors that take HIP and some have stopped taking health insurance period which I find amazing and quite a statement on health care.
The people at HIP that answer the phones are really nice. I am just not happy with the highly monthly costs and the lack of care. I love my primary doctor but mostly you are treated in terms of body parts and it is awful and "parts treatment" is about healing and health but about making money.
HIP's apology is accepted. Ditto for the woman that called me to apologize from the doctor's office that screwed up the paper work. Exhausting and upsetting...
