p.s.   Why are we not suing to get money back from all these companies and consultants that lied on their times sheets --- why are there no arrests of City Officials at NYC gov.  ?  Look at the lobbyists on all these tech deals and corrupt deals!  Look how many come out of DOITT or worked for Rudy or attended Mike’s daughter’s wedding!  Get my drift?  They made big bucks selling systems that they knew were either flawed or wrongfully billing us and they did not care about the People of New York any more than the gov. officials that had their jobs before them.

Cover-ups lies, fraud and theft.... Why do we not have names of City officials that had their tickets fixed or for that matter anyone of celebrity or has a special relationship with PBA and got an “favor fixing” as well and ditto City Hall Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn back room deal to help Mike steal a third term!

Haggerty is the only one that has to fear jail but if I go protest Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quin I have to fear jail.  Haggerty only does because of a NY Post reporters who name I can’t even remember who exposed this sham or otherwise Haggerty like all of them would be just fine.

Mike Bloomberg has one goal to win an illegal third term at all costs!  Let him explain that to NYC school kids along with why the Manhattan DA tried to prevent John Haggerty from launching a defense calling the mayor and his upper strata of corrupt players.  Let Mike explain to school kids why Mike and his deputy mayors and money mule needed immunity and why Steve Rattner Mr. Pay to Play Pay to not go to jail -- pay to not plead guilty got immunity from Andrew Cuomo and an op ed section in The NY Times!  Explain to kids Mike how you stole an election with Christine Quinn, your mini-me playing as dirty as possible and you broke campaign laws which carry jail time and just like the Rape Cop and the heroin neither are going to serve time that fits the crime!


p.s. Look at how much money the tax payers have paid Gartner owned by Glenn Hutchins who sits on the board of The Partnership for New York with Rupe Murdoch.   Mayor Bloomberg is the king of funneling money -- look to the last 2 mayoral campaigns and he funneled money to Haggerty both times and the king of outsourcing to understand all the theft fraud -- largest white collar crime in NYC gov. history as he lay-offs a huge amount of middle class and poor City Workers!

Folks The Wall St. Journal let me post this but The New York Times censored me on David Chen’s piece today.

http://youtu.be/K2LSsbxXpgw  Mike Bloomberg, a sitting mayor, committed perjury and this is not front page news or news at all.  Why?  Is it news worthy that the Manhattan DA gave mayor Bloomberg, deputy mayors past and present, money mules Allison Jaffin and Fiona Reid immunity but perjury is not protected by immunity.  The mayor and Team Bloomberg did not waive immunity.  Why?  No one was interested in the fact Fiona Reid, Ms. money bags for Bloomberg’s campaign worked for Quadrangle but when pay to play Steve Rattner was busted she moved with him to Willets Advisory.  Too bad Vacco and Costello did not get to cross examine Steve Rattner who is an example of Mike Bloomberg standing by his man and continuing to employee him after Rattner pleaded the 5th 62 times and paid not to plead guilty and paid to not go to jail.  The jurors will never send Haggerty to jail for 25 years for money that Mike Bloomberg clearly funneled to him.  Paris Hilton could not have spent 1 million dollars in 24 hours for Mike on his campaign.  Mike funneled money to Haggerty the election before as exposed by Aram Roston “Inside Mayor Mike’s Secret Campaign”.  If only Vacco Costello had called Christine Quinn and asked her under Oath -- did you use slush aka tax payer money and intimidation to push through a third term along with mayor Mike Bloomberg denying voters the right to vote on term limits because it was about winning at all costs using any means possible and they did using slush, charity money, a company not Bloomberg News that Mike owns to pay Allison Jaffin and two others so Mike could give them 2 salaries and so many other ways Mike funneled money to people and it was sub-zero trickle down.  We have more New Yorkers living in poverty now and Christine Quinn said we needed Mike for a third term to help us with the economy.  Guess who gained wealth and property but Christine Quinn and her spouse, the real estate and wall street people that are donating money to Quinn’s mayoral run so it looks like we will have a rewind the last mayoral run but this time starring Christine Quinn, Mike Bloomberg’s mini-me.   By the way, Mark Guma was Cy Vance’s campaign guy and is now Quinn’s.  Vance had his own campaign troubles when it came to expenses and Guma dismissed some money owed.  Look in to that and Guma’s wife Maura Keaney working with Haggerty and than Christine Quinn only for Quinn and Keaney to be written up by Jim Dwyer in The New York Times for possible lapses in Integrity and intimidation.   If only Vacco had called Quinn to the stand in the Haggerty trial and asked Christine Quinn did you make a back room deal with mayor Bloomberg to push through this third term agreeing you would not run for mayoral, you would indeed push through a third term using slush money and in return Mike Bloomberg would support your mayoral run.
