I believe Internal Affairs Lt also Sex Crimes Lt McAteer committed terrible crimes as well here in Manhattan in New York City with his gun and badge and he like the dirty corrupt cops that broke was in my case like Sex Crimes Lieutenant Lamboy and he was and is protected -- again no real investigation just cover up for serial abusers serial criminals wearing guns and badges and their bosses covered up chronically..... every agency that supposed to investigate the NYPD pass my case to Internal Affairs knowing Internal Affairs would close the case and protect Crimes in my case like they didn't how many others including Sex Crimes Lt Lamboy as exposed by the NYPD...

That could not happen because of a little-known agreement between the Captain's Endowment Association and former top cop Ray Kelly.
The CEA went to former Police Commissioner Kelly about 10 years ago and complained that too many of its members — about 300 a year — were being forced to give testimony about alleged misconduct by their subordinates.
Kelly agreed to limit interviews in those instances — and the practice continues to the present.
In 2014, after Bill de Blasio was elected mayor, he tapped Bill Bratton to replace Kelly as police commissioner.
In turn, on Feb. 18, 2014, Bratton selected Robert Boyce to be his chief of detectives.
Around the same time, the Lamboy case was presented in an Internal Affairs Steering Committee meeting, chaired by a chief named Salvatore Comodo. The purpose of the meeting was to brief high-ranking IAB officials on various internal investigations. If IAB judged the case criminal, they could have taken it over.
"This looks kinda bad, huh," one chief said in the meeting, according to sources.
But IAB declined to take Lamboy's case, so investigators brought it to the Official Corruption Unit at the Manhattan District Attorney's office. The investigators felt Lamboy had committed crimes and wanted prosecutors involved...."
