I have to work on my legal brief it’s going to be very clear that Zachary Carter’s been lying for NYPD crimes in my case it’s due November 6 I believe it will be historical document.

I was told yesterday by neck specialist I need neck surgery And for me that’s a very frightening very dangerous surgery and will it last two years three years would help me for how long and will prevent me from becoming completely paralyzed since I have a reverse lordosis C5.
My left shoulder has a torn tendon -/ Delita Hoots did a running punch to my left eye making a hole in my Retina she grabbed my hair pulling me down the hall — my left arm was numb 2 injections— getting her off me with arm numb I believe I partially ripped tendon this winter it finally ripped is what I believe. and I’ll find out tomorrow if I’m going to have to get surgery to repair this very painful injury but I believe it’s rooted in being punched and having to use the left side of my body to fight off a lunatic using me as a human pin yada and she was not fired or arrested she wanted to dominate me and she pressed her barefoot against my vagina when she couldn’t kick me and that actually constitutes sexual salt in the first precinct detective squad a race that along with a lot of crimes including their own. Lying to the police during an open investigation is a crime even if the NYPD are lying in the police report as is threatening the victim even if the NYPD are committing a crime if you’re involved in having a victim threatened and forcing them to drop charges you’re guilty of very serious crimes. Harassing a victim during an open investigation that’s a crime.
The biggie is they conspired as a group to threaten me and force me to drop charges from the doctors office to the please department and Internal Affairs Dhas cover this up for years!
I relive it every day and I’m working on a legal brief it’s exhausting it is so hard and painful for me or because the doctor had zero ethics and he could pick up the phone and SoHo and get fixing in favors and cops to break even more lies and they’re all lying wasting five years of my life my dad died my mom is dying and my body is falling apart I might need both a neck and arm surgery which I believe are tied to the assault.
I had to get ice surgery from the attack or lose vision in my left eye. Ray Rice of medical reception desks also was pulling me and yanking my head over and over so I have a ton of floaters in both eyes to besides a hole in my retina from the running punch.

Dr Andrew Fagelman picked up the phone It was decided my attacker would walk into days later and commit another crime right inside the precinct and believe me she committed more a signed letter to Detective Andrew Dwyer serious crime threatening me yet again 19 days later another crime protected the NYPD joined in and committed crimes so what did they do for Harvey Weinstein I wonder who like DeNiro that’s retired cops on his payroll service bill rudin and so does Michael Bloomberg so the going gets rough you pick up the phone call you’re retired cop and then he calls the precinct.
Bill Rudin has a retired commander on his payroll that tried to break a law in front of me fixing a ticket he also called 6th Precinct and tried to get me arrested for protesting but the commander refused!
DI Ed Winski of The first precinct was party to all these crimes along with supervisors Sgt Chen, Lt Burgos actually signed the police reports protecting crimes lies, me being threatened including a signed letter by my attacker it goes on and on there’s enormous amount of evidence audio and video but no justice because we have a dirty DA who protects NYPD crimes and rich men Preferably men that a funnel money to him
The evidence proves top cops including inside Internal Affairs protected all crimes including NYPD IA crimes.
I would like to know if the doctor in my case the urologist if he made donations to the DA and donations to the NYPD and a lot more...
Doctor Andrew Fagelman was asked by Vinnie Parco did you talk to the NYPD and he said no comment !
