911 tech a house of cars still, still the biggest crime bigger than CityTime.
Steve Rattner even paid to not go to jail.
HP paid less than pennies on the dollar to not even be prosecuted and Scott Stringer and years before Rose Gill Hearn Cy Vance made sure no one including top NYPD would get even a wrist slap for wrong doing 911. Mark Peters protecting Rose Gill Hearn said over billing isn't stealing and in fact over billing is stealing and paying to not get busted look they other way also criminal.
(Posted on NYDN and FYI NYDN Cut me off and how many others that were blowing the whistle ?)
"A spokesman for the conflicts board said he could not confirm or deny whether there is a probe. City workers from the mayor down to the lowest-paid employee cannot accept a gift with a value of $49 or more from a person doing business with the city. The NYPD will allow cops to receive plaques honoring them for good work, but free meals and gifts ..."
HP paid to play and paid to be allowed to deliver late and deliver crap?
The first command center and the second were built so poorly the first one massively delayed and the other I don't think is even up and running... Is the 2nd command center up?
The conflict of interest committee said it was fine that Mike Bloomberg's money manager could be involved with NY pensions. It is who you know....
Is our second backup command center up yet or is 1 Police Plaza still the temporary back up unit in case the first 911 Command Center collapses?
Sheldon Silver is going to jail but not Rattner and countless other crooks of every color in the background from Albany to City Hall to 1 Police Plaza.
Hewlett-Packard had biggies on the New York pension board so it was arranged under Mike Bloomberg to have a conflict of interest committee look they other way and dept of investigation do their hit to put HP in on 911 the way Rudy put SAIC in on CityTime and Bloomberg protected SAIC (Google SAIC trailblazer) DOI does a hit on the original contractor IXP on 911 but they would let ixp come back and be a subcontractor for Hewlett-Packard who had no 911 experience.
Now the conflict of interest committees going to decide if to NYPD Chiefs are in trouble for taking expensive gifts... And Internal Affairs and every agency that supposed to police the police is going to let them offer the wrist slap how can they go after them when they let Chief Chuck Dowd off?
It's laughable because NYPD chief chuck Dowd was taking expensive gifts and these are the ones that we know about from Verizon who had a payback the city $50 million on 911 under John Liu.
My guess is top brass NYPD 911 were taking kickbacks from many contractors consultants and lobbyist profited including George Arzt who helped but Stringer in office as comptroller and the first thing stringer did was remove the press releases by John Liu calling for Cy Vance to take action. Stringer brokered the dirtiest deal ever a measly 10.5 million dollars returned by HP making HP a top defense contractor and lobbyists like George Artz sigh less than pennies on the dollar and NO ONE GOES to JAIL!
Below skip down to Mayor Bloomberg king of BY
http://corruptconyc.com/?p=183 read this post later - Scott Stringer released removed John Liu's 2 press releases comparing 911 to CityTime and calling for Cy Vance to take action. I did not know yet that the NYPD top brass very taking gifts or bribes you pick the words from at least one contractor probably more and consultants were grossly over billing...

"ookiaaa 12:22 PM May 30, 2012 The comptroller is absolutely correct that HP should have nevr been awarded this contract. The only reason they got it was because IXP had to withdraw their bid or the Department of Investigations would have prosecuted them for committing fraud. (There was no fraud according to IXP) They were totally fact that the city wrote such a horrible RFP no reputable company wanted any part of it. To show how highly qualified HP was look at how many HP employees were on the project doin real work, and not providing bloated overhead.

IXP 911 Tech vs HP Part 2 Insight! Exclusive

Note posting from street -- this story above re: 911 EMS flat lining today just broke!
I am posting from my IPhone but it sounds to me like instead political assasination, it sounds likes a biz assasination -- Hewlett Packard came in 2nd and now they got the job. I chatted with the CEO and COO of IXP and they impressed me as honest and they addressed the News Daily News comment and there was no fraud!!!! IXP met all of NYC Gov requirements to continue to be a vendor for the City except mysteriously IXP unlike Verizon was forced out and became a sub-contractor to Hewlett Packard -- because in my opinion HP was not qualified for the job! Three employees from Verizon and 2 from IXP lost their jobs because of procurement issue but Verizon was not punished like IXP was, who lost their prime vendor spot to a less qualified vendor Hewlett Packard. For Verizon it was biz as usual with many grumblings when it comes to Verizon the fix is in. Verizon is the only game in town. (reminder posting from blog paragraph breaks -- here is the comment --
