Any update on Tacopina v The NYDN 2nd frivolous lawsuit against the newspaper. I guess Joe Tacopina missed the class on The First Amendment at law school since he keeps trying to sue newspapers and I allege possibly tried removing my work as well as trying to shut me up also known as alleged witness tampering a serious crime regarding savage assault like McDonald's but at Dr Andrew Fagelman's that NYPD, IAB and DA fixed including NYPD Coercion, IAB cover -up, DA caught lying in audios and emails I want to question GA NYPD internal affairs the doctors office as well as Joe Tacopina. Tacopina worked for Charles Hynes the Brooklyn DA who is suppose to face 2 grand juries.
Under oath Tacopina any knowledge NYPD PBA Internal Affairs DA fixing favors corruption retaliation? Did Joe Tacopina (as well as any staff at any time prior to this allehed crime) did Tacopina use a sock puppet account as well as ghost write a letter for my attacker threatening me which is a crime by the way so if Tacopina is the lawyer that threatened me he should be arrested and disbarred?

It was my understanding from reviewing the public court records the underlying matter involving Mr. Tacopina had to do with another motor vehicle matter (Note - NYS Supreme reference to Case Type: Motor Vehicle). It will be interesting to see if he is called out by Allstate Insurance Co. as this lawyer's credibility has been seriously challenged by Mr. Kerik, (note Allstate, Supreme Court Ethics committee Tacopina audio Kerik has proving Tacopina is a super liar) his lawyer, and a client from Connecticut....My guess is, Mr. Tacopina and you heard it from Poppy first, he will settle or drop the lawsuit because the insurer will embarrass him and bullies usually retreat when confronted by a larger bully. This actually may be the first case in known history where a vast majority of the public is actually rooting for the insurance company to succeed. Here is a reference to the Miller case:

See the women in the video yelling for my attacker to not hit me not one of them asked me if I was okay and they're dressed and medical PJs which I would think is a Hippa violation and I am told they won't mind about me. I do not know their names and I did not know the name of my attacker but they don't know my name and I wedge they violated my patient rights as well as participated in a serious crime by lying. My attacker signed a letter to NYPD fix her that could've been drafted by Joe Tacopina which threatened me the victim which is also a serious crime and somehow even though internal affairs read me the letter they did not arrest her and the NYPD guilty of coercion that acted on are you to comment that could've been written by Joe Tacopina calling me a cunt and warning me not to come forward of the tables would be turned on me. I forwarded the email to the detective in charge who refuse repeatedly to meet me and he had no response except to act on that email threatening me with false arrest and less I drop charges but I would have to wait until a Saturday at 4 PM to be false arrested with my neck in a neckbrace by the way and a hole in my retina.
