The victim’s lawyer, Kenneth Montgomery, said Rubenstein should already be behind bars.
“This case should be going to a grand jury,” Montgomery said. “An arrest should have already been made. I think him being a wealthy, powerful person has much to do with it, absolutely.”
I'm hoping the rumors are not true and that they will not take the money and run because I want Cy Vance exposed yet again for what he truly is. He can't even find the courage to comment on this case!!!!

In my opinion I knew from the beginning that there was something very wrong with the Manhattan DA over year and a half ago when they turned me away clearly discriminating against me but I have audio from a few days before the statute of limitations runs out of the DA asking me repeatedly didn't I get the federal express they sent me and I said no why spoke to federal express and based on the date of the letter they emailed me I asked them did you send me a federal express and they said no it was no federal express on the date of the letter for the dates following up to the phone call where was told that it was left at my old residence where no longer live and had told Manhattan DA I don't live there and given them my new address but they had not paid attention this is the same D8 it's that they did a thorough investigations on my opinion they lied.
I enailed the head of Hate Crimes and her supervisor Tiana Walton asking for the tracking number and they won't even answer me and I allege they lied -- I have an audio of the head of Hate Crimes saying I could call her reach out for any services I need will have about a tracking number so it's me they're acting like criminals and liars in my opinion.
Tiana Walton even told me she would talk to me at 11 o'clock on Friday and she didn't even call me so that's a lie isn't that? And advocate for me had to call her and ask her why she didn't call me at 11 like she said she would.
Why want to give me a tracking number for FedEx this told me that sent me I have audio 2ADA is telling me they sent it to me. They said they did a thorough investigation doesn't sound thorough to me it sounds like a lot of lies in my opinion.

I also had suspicions the letter they sent me was not the letter that they may have FedEx me maybe a few days earlier so I'm going to call FedEx back and say that the Manhattan DA will not give me a tracking number possibly because they're involved in being accessory took the crimes by my attacker as well as the police that corrced me. If their original letter was sent prior it may be a different letter but I'm wondering has inappropriate statements in it that they know what incriminate them especially now that I have video of the head of his crimes offering the services twice in the audio while her subordinate ADA in a different audio Let's say sings quite a different tune.
The DA in my Opinion is not about justice but about karups behavior dishonesty lice fixing in favors and politics. I best that my case be moved out of the Manhattan DAs jurisdiction because their prejudice against me biased and I'm alleging a part of criminal activity both by my attacker and the NYPD an internal affairs covering up for all and the crime of coercion by the NYPD.
I really believe there has to be an investigation because the DA is Charles Charles Junior and my Opinion.
In my case because of the circumstances the statute of limitation can be extended for assault she can also be arrested for the false cross-complaint and I'm alleging witness tampering aggravated harassment and threatening Nina letter that she sign to her NYPD fixers.
As of two days ago the video of the DA is age rated so you have to have a Gmail and prove that you're over 17 because of the violence yet the DA did not arrest her!!!!
I'm trying to get the age restriction removed because I believe it was flagged believe it or not by someone connected to the office to prevent the YouTube from going viral and limiting who can see it because you have to have a Gmail and you have to be up for 17. There may be 1 million YouTube's that are more violent in terms of seeing actual blood and graphic violence this was a horrible violation because it was a doctors office but there's no reason to have an age rating on it.
