Alex Rodriquez got suckered all the way to the bank by over priced lawyers convincing him he had a case when in fact he had none and like Joe Tacopina liar oops lawyer and I allege Tacopina like I allege all the corrupt cops in my case including Ray Kelly would do anything to avoid testifying under oath (like Kerik's audio with Joe Tacopina), I have audio plus police paper work I got without subpoenas that I do believe in my case they cannot answer my questions about without in my opinion incriminating themselves....plus the infamous video and Delita Hooks false cross complaint and her letter (I don't have a copy of the letter yet ) that could have been in my opinion drafted by Joe Tacopina in my opinion oh yeah opinion blog-- that openly threatens me yet again to her NYPD fixers that she signed!!! When I can get beyond NYPD Internal Affairs "corruption blocks" and so far a legal system inJustice system so far blocking me from getting Justice and arrests including at least 1 NYPD officer and to get her arrested for a false cross complaint -- that would be real Justice and I to learn who drafted that letter letter for Delita Hooks to her NYPD fixers and who is the "lawyer" who called me a confrontative cunt and threatened me if I took any legal action. Was it Joe Tacopina? I want her arrested and if it was Joe Tacopina I want to take legal action against him.

Lanny Davis and Judd Burstein acted like they drank Joe Tacopina's bath water or Koolaide but than Lanny Davis dropped the case like a hot potato in contrast Judd Bustein keeps pretending he did not hear the audio of his client speaking to Bernie Kerik for aprox 45 minutes when Tacopina was not suppose to and allegedly Tacopina lied even to the Ethics Committee.
As a whistle blower I am aware that even if the Ethics Committee rules Joe lied more powerful strings can be pulled to protect corruption as in my case of being savagely attacked sustaining permeant injuries at Dr Andrew Fagelman's 155 Spring St and my attacker Delita Hooks has yet to be fired or arrested and the NYPD involved in coercing me and Internal Affairs involved in covering up for the NYPD Coercion, threats and verbal violence are all so far being protected so even with all the damning evidence will the devil walk.

The NYDN only reported the news after I called the NYDN news desk, the sport desk and the NYDN lawyer asking if they owed it to their readers and even if it was an ethically issue for them not to be reporting the Joe Tacopina sued his defamation of character lawsuit proving my point he has no character (hardee har har) and that the NYDN taught the over priced lawyer about the US Constitution and the First Amendment.
I asked Lanny Davis via twitter if he is going to apology to Kerik. I didn't get a response.
