Det John Vergona on the first day that he contacted me told me "I don't care if you have two black eyes." Stop blabbering.
He refused repeatedly to meet me to see the wounds to my eye and defensive marks on my forearm.
Clearly this was one of the world's greatest detectives as the NYPD like to call themselves yet he was in fact refusing to investigate.
Det. John Vergona said via email and in a phone conversation he would go to the office and nterview everybody.
He in fact interviewed no one other than me -- the woman he told he did not care if I had 2 black eyes!
When Detective Vergona finished yelling at me -- verbal violence, in my opinion I have a sick man, a violent man, a liar, he lied about me to me, he yelled YOU ARE GOING TO DROP THOSE CHARGES! I refused repeatedly.
He said you are coming in right now and I am arresting you. I said fine go ahead. A Judge will take one look at the video and the charges will be dismissed and I will sue you.
I called back 10 minutes later and asked if I could come at 3pm because I had a chipped front tooth and I want to keep my dentist appointment to get it fixed.
Det. John Vergona said I would have to wait 4 days until Saturday to be arrested.

I alerted DI Ed Winski at the first precinct I was to be false arrested on Saturday for being a victim of a violent assault and I wanted him there. At the front desk of the First Precinct is a sign for Internal Affairs and to contact them if you see corrupt dealings. Do you think DI Ed Winski did anything? Did he contact IAB? No. I had handed in a limited edition NYPD Lt. Petrosino Memorial pin with his badge number to give to Commissioner Kelly. Nothing was a red light for DI Ed Winski as if he had fixed this violent crime himself.
A month later I would call his voice mail -- the one time the precinct put me through to his direct line and reported Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.
Again he did not take action and therefore prevented me from reporting a crime.
Sgt. Chen Nov. 20 over the phone admitted I had a right to report a false cross complaint and to come in. When I did he had me turned away. I recorded the event in my opinion even more police corruption on audio now on YouTube.
This YouTube as of this am has 13,343 views and I hand out Justice Cards everywhere I go and will if I can until Delita Hooks is arrested.
If she is ever arrested for assault, false cross complaint and possibly aggravated harassment if she was involved in 7 and half months of harassment on my YouTube channel and how about witness tampering? Did she have people on her behalf try to stop me from coming forward continuing blaming me etc.?
The Attorney General Investigative Unit told me to call the Manhattan DA and report the violent crime directly. I was rebuffed yet again even telling each unit the AG Investigative Unit told me to call.
If I got to the DA and the NYPD Det. John Vergona and Sgt Chen made sure there was no chance that I would have my case heard by the DA and the other set of detectives, Delita Hook's special detectives where not going to the DA to report the assault and her false cross complaint but the irony is the DA would have fixed it for Delita Hooks as well making a deal with her. Hard to believe but Delita Hooks does not have a criminal record so I wonder if she ever had a plea deal or her victims were to afraid to come forward? I don't get it because the majority of the people watching the video agree this can't be her first time. Her removing her shoes and throwing them to run barefoot to punch me as hard as she could, than grabbing and ripping at my hair and repeatedly kicking me going for my groin is an indication that this something Delita Hooks has done before yet mysteriously she has no record and Cy Vance would make sure if the corrupt NYPD ever actually kept their oath and did their job Vance would help the Jodi Arias of reception desks who the NYPD helped get away with everything but murder have no record so her violent history would be unknown except for my YouTube.

I don't think so. Look at Michael Premo's case and see how corrupt NYPD and DA worked hand and hand. In this case the jury did right and dismissed the bogus charges for a case the Manhattan DA should never have brought.

Look at Adrian Schoolcraft's lawyers serving Queens DA, Richard Brown, who refused to put NYPD brass, Adrian's kidnappers in front of a grand jury.
Look at Charles Hynes and Dan Donovan's handing of Vito Lopez's sex abuse allegations along with past Lopez allegations?
