Gerard Denault's Lawyer Barry Bohrer Drops a CityTime Bomb

City Time....is chugging along...on pretrial...seems like some simple requests were made by the defense to the courts.

Simple no staggering -- Barry Bohrer made a request see below that was the equivalent of Hurricane Sandy or a earthquake for Preet Bharara and Mike Bloomberg as well as Rudy and his deputy mayors turned lobbyist.

Bohrer wants the names of ALL OTHER INDIVIDUALTS that are BELIEVED TO BE CO-CONSPIRATORS!!!  

And guess what the government refusing because they are obfuscating the truth covering up for criminals including themselves??????????

Ok, Bohrer and Shargel have yet to do what I have been demanding and that is forcing Preet Bharara to go back in Time.

It is time for Preet Bharara to re-write the indictment as I called for from a YouTube a year ago?

 Like who else is involved?...seems like fair question to the street. Re-Write the indictment... Preet? Play fair ball. NYC the street has screamed this issue out for months....duh?

According to court  records...1:11-cr-00121-GBD USA v. Mazer

"On April 15, 2013, faced with this voluminous discovery and in light of the complexity 

of the conspiracies alleged by the government, Mr. Denault’s counsel asked the government to 

identify any individuals the government believed to be unindicted co-conspirators."

"While the government identifies some of those supposedly responsible for this 

alleged misconduct, it refuses to name all of the alleged participants."

FYI: Here I am outside SAIC's offices demanding way more money for the People of NYC.

Reminder Rose Gill Hearn did an informercial on NY1 for CityTime which in my opinion is destined for the dumpster.
