DI Ed Winski, Lt Burgos, IA and Sgt Chen where notified a month later when I thought I was safe from corrupt cops that I was reporting a crime was committed in the precinct -- Delita Hooks filing a false complaint.
First Sgt Chen laughed - oh you are the one assaulted in the doctors office. Interesting huh since the First Precinct Stats say no assault happened. Sgt Chen mocked me. Oh u have a lawyer let your lawyer can handle it.

Of course when I got to the First Precinct the police woman at the desk said only the DA could report a false complaint. I didn't ask her or point out it would take honest detectives who understand the law and right and wrong.
She called Sgt Chen and he was too unprofessional and or cowardly to face me or get on the phone.
I alerted Lt Burgos and Sgt Chen they too have been reported to IA.
Later I called IA and reported the detectives who took Delita Hooks false complaint and never contacted me.
Than I reported DI Ed Winski but the guys make me wonder are they investigating or covering up because the Adrian Schoolcraft ruling sure looks like IA protected a Deputy Chief Marino (hooked on human growth hormone?) who was not fired after testing positive but promoted to Staten Island. Marino's over the top response to Schoolcraft leaving work early requesting a NYPD swat team with machine guns ESU the street closed off a fire truck for Marino and Maureillo to see if Schoolcraft was "safe" seems inappropriate -- an abuse of power -- like Vergona and his superiors they decided they were judge and jury and they were going to flout the law and play god or should I say the devil.
Listen to Deputy Chief Marino raiding and kidnapping Schoolcraft and everyone agrees Marino sounds like the EDP not Schoolcraft.
I emailed Chief Campisi that I believe the corrupt detectives never notified Delita Hooks to turn herself in when I agreed to be false arrested and I agreed to be false arrested by John Vergona using her criminal false complaint.
IA has 90 days to get back to me but Chief Campisi's office claim they did not get my complaint until Nov 11.
In case IA pulls an Adrian Schoolcraft I am listing IA in my notice to sue with the proviso I am waiting for IA's ruling and site Schoolcraft.
I am sending a copy to Eric Holder and FBI so they can add me to a growing list of complainants in case the City tries to throw this out if we get a Commission these corrupt cops will be held accountable down the road.
