TIME OUT: SINCE WHEN DOES A CORPORATION GET TO PUBLICLY STATE THOSE GOING TO TRIAL-- their CONDUCT illegal BEFORE THEY GO TO COURT?    Interesting because shareholder lawsuits have a different perception on SAIC's guilt and I want to go back in Time CityTime because I believe there are even more people from SAIC and NYC Gov that need to be held accountable.
