The people that made Soho so hip and cool are no longer welcome.
Henry Buhl brags about beautifying streets and the Men and Women that survived Our Country ad Aritist that made Soho and can't afford spectacular lofts are an eyesore to this very rich white man?
Note: A lot of vendors minorities!
What I don't understand is how this man Henry Buhl who is so proud and maybe I am wrong, but the man that wants to stop honest folk from earning a living when NYC has a 10 percent unemployment which higher than the entire country... yet Buhl founded ACE Association of Community Employment to help homeless wants to make hard working long term Vet Vendors and artist that have been on Prince Street for so many years -- some maybe have been there longer than this very rich white man who is oh so politically correct -- Buhl wants to make them homeless -- their work spaces and guys like Eric Youngquist is will be evicted if he is deprived of an income and he is 81 years old and handicapped Korean War Vet. Eric has a Vet lic but the VA won't give a handicap sticker because handicap didn't come from the war.
Eric has prostate cancer and bands he wears around his shins or he can't walk at all. He walks like Frankenstein and Henry Buhl wants Eric Youngquist ticketed because of feet or inches?
These Veterans - some not all may have survived by inches or feet and they should not be treated like criminals and a small group of white privileged folks in Soho wants they Vets wiped off the street.
Henry Buhl is quite the businessman or his family has quite the history..... A list guy around town politically correct evens?
So is this rumor is true that Buhl wants to make Veteran Vendors that served our country homeless-- evict them from their long term work places in Soho it doesn't jive with him handing flyers that he found ACE..?
Would Henry Buhl do this greedy cruel misdeed that would this greatly harm these innocent hard working long term community members -- Vets and Artist that are loved by the majority of the community and tourists. Why -- because he wants Prince Street to look like Bel Air?
Yes there some that don't want them there but the majority really enjoy shopping with vendors.
The Vendors are part of the long standing of Fabric of New York which is quickly being frayed because of the selfish and greed of rich New Yorkers starting Michael Bloomberg and should we add Henry Buhl?
Is Henry Buhl -- all bull when it comes to humanitanism?
The New York Times reported one out seven Veterans is now homeless and if this rumor is true than Henry Buhl has been pressuring the 1st Precinct to clean sweep the Veteran and artists and make even more Veterans unemployed and homeless.
Buhl is welcome to tell me I am wrong but if it is true....what does that say to you?

When did honest vendors becomes criminalizes and this terrible situation cannot be resolved than expect a series of protests outside Henry Buhl's massive loft that will head up to Christine Quinn's home. Her dad is a World War 2 Vet like mine. Quinn has done nothing to help Vet Vendors.

The reason I searched in the first place is I was told the founder of ACE Henry Buhl doesn't want the Vendors on Prince St. who plenty are minorities, Veteran Vendors and Artist on his block and he allegedly calls the NYPD to arrest them and plans to drop large planters where their work spaces have been for many years.
From the post below it sounds like he made his fortune in Bernie Madoff like fashion in the 1970's and yet he has the NYPD jumping through hoops to ticket, arrest and wipe Veteran Vendors and artists who have been there as long as he has in Soho but haven't been tied up in law suits in Wall Street Scandals over 250 million dollars gone missing in the 1970's? I am an artist not a SEC Investigator or NYPD Detective so you tell me and ask Community Board 1 and Margaret Chin if this isn't economic racism as well?
