SAIC Files New 8k No Mentions of Law Suits! Shocker! Just New CEO $ Package!

To non Biz folks -- SAIC has to file an 8K kind of a like a sex worker in Nevada might give his or her client a peek at what is under her trench coat with info that is actually very important to those involved but this 8K in my artist opinion is a cover-up and public relations which evokes a play on Mike Taibbi's titled article below -- SEC cover-up for SAIC?  (Is the SEC in bed with SAIC?)  SEC can't say are you kidding me?  The SEC can't say are you kidding me or has no motivation too?

Where is the disclosure of law suits?

SAIC and Security Exchange Commission -- Is this like the Bernie Maddoff "deal" oops situation where SAIC was exposed shredding info and handing Madoff resumes (divulged by page 666 NY Post)  instead of shutting him down?  Is this like SAIC is powerfully connected media moguls are killing stories especially top papers and media outlets NYC to protect power brokers?  (Cover-ups for Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg and Christine Quinn as well as SAIC.)

SAIC Faces Investor Action Over CityTime Kickbacks

SAIC Inc. and its directors were hit Friday with a putative shareholder derivative class action in California over $232 million in losses stemming from an alleged kickback scheme involving contractors tied to New York's CityTime project, a scandal that led to the indictments of several of its employees.

(Note there are three points key ones that are news worthy and have been blacked out....why?  Would we "little People" be calling for mayor Bloomberg, team bloomberg, Christine Quinn and her gang to resign as well as saying to Bill Thompson do not even think of running for mayor.  Ironically John Liu the only one to shut down corruption inside City Hall.   Dept of Investigation in my opinion pathetic and the arm of the mayor -- look at the date of Valcich whistle blowing letter.  Preet Bharara US Attorney, I can't take you seriously until you cut ties with DOI.)


2) No mention of Gerard Denault who was suppose to be "the fall guy" but clearly SAIC shareholder agree with me this guy had bosses.  I just know this went on before him and give you proof -- Valcich letter below.

Richard Valcich's letter alludes to other communiqué which takes us back in time at least to 2002 if not earlier....meaning I want to see everything from the very beginning in court with Rudy and his team and Mike and his Team and Information Tech and Department of Investigation from that era until now.

I thought they would fess up with this 8k but this 8k in my opinion "bull-loney" cover-up plain dishonest crapola.   SAIC changed the name and face of operations and details money package and what drug testing....?  You have to take drugs to buy this and reminder Bloomberg and his flunkies pushed SAIC like drug king pins and both Rose Gill Hearn the head of DOI and Christine Quinn went on NY1 and in my opinion told bold faces lies.  Hearn on CityTime which is the Tax Payer's Titanic and a hunk of obscenely high cost junk, another failed Rudy Guiliani program like Maximus that cost a fortune -- a failure but did wonders for Rudy's networking White House ambitions?

This was simple math  - the People of NYC were being robbed.

ps This artist wants to know if any familiar names, friend family members etc were SAIC share holders...ho hum...just curious but the powerful SAIC and Bloomberg who destroyed his legacy in so many ways including SAIC CityTime and a way too long list of tech titanics -- -friends have the media blacking all this out!  Wow!
