I have never called Internal Affairs but I am just wondering does this note actually works to prevent tickets or even needed when the car like so many others is parked illegally because cars and no tickets. Cars sitting in front of The Mercer for extended periods of time are never forced to move and receive no tickets. In fact I have seen vans of NYPD officers from the 1st come to ticket vendors and ignore all the illegally parked cars sitting for very long periods of time in front of the hotel at 147 Mercer and there are clear signs that say no parking....but never, ever any tickets.
Why do the NYPD coming running when Michael Rawson calls the phone? What is the relationship of Michael Rawson/The Mercer Hotel to the NYPD?
I named Michael Rawson super skank because he harasses Viet Nam Vets and Korean War Vets that are legally working with tables on the sidewalk with vendors licenses -- honest people that served OUR COUNTRY and Michael Rawson harasses them including rude taunts when he comes out bragging about calling the NYPD on them but lucky for Michael Rawson the NYPD never ever ticket illegally parked cars parked there
Gee, I wonder who's Range Rover this is? It certainly wasn't the doorman who drove away with it.
Well I can't tell you who owns this Range Rover but the letter in the front window instructs the NYPD to not ticket because this is a guest of The Mercer Hotel!
Of course I am sending this link to 2 departments at The City of New York.
People are being ticketed up to their eyeballs here all over the city and many feels it is wrong and a way Bloomberg continues to make the city a place impossible to for small business and the poor and middle classes and caters to cowardly rich bullies like Michael Rawson who takes pleasure in calling the NYPD on Veterans that served our Country.
The illegally parking is chronic and 24/7 year around. So is the way the NYPD rains tickets on NYers but only middle class and poor ones.
