I just spoke to Capt. Brendan Timoney.   He has only been at the 01 Precinct 2 weeks and he said he never got my messages.

Like Chief Bank's Lt. he said Delita Hooks assaulting me is now in the hands of Internal Affairs.

I told him Internal Affairs moves with the swiftness of a turtle in molasses and Lt. Agnes never returned my calls and in 5 months of IA having this I have heard nothing.

If only DI Ed Winski had had an ounce of humanity and returned my call like Capt. Brendan Timoney.

I do feel some how better for talking with Lt. G an A+ police officer from Chief Banks office and now Capt. Timoney.

It takes the edge off of 6 months of dealing with being physically violated both my body and my mind -- an MD's office is suppose to be a safe place.

I was violently assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks 155 Spring St and corrupt NYPD did fixing and favors and made the crime go away.   It was dirty and ugly and I guess all involved except me do not believe in G-d or karma.


I continue to demand she be arrested based on this video, photos before and after and medical reports but so far the corrupt NYPD can't find an ounce of Integrity and Internal Affairs has been sitting on this for months and to date has not even picked up the phone to talk to me just like the corrupt cops who got Delita Hooks false complaint and did not contact me or the Manhattan DA.

Mike Bloomberg and the media are covering up for the fact the NYPD fix crime.

Adrian Schoolcraft is suing the City of NY for 50 million dollars and the trial starts Sept 2013.

Adrian's trial is the closest we are going to get to a Commission.  I wish I could testify at Adrian Schoolcraft's trial against all involved including Internal Affairs if they do not take action arresting Delita Hooks for assault, a false complaint and punishing NYPD as well but maybe down the road in front of a new NYPD Commission....?
