I feel sorry for that little boy because the corrupt cops allowed me to be threatened with bodily harm -- caught on video by me assaulted and than threatened me with arrest but Det. John Vergona decided I had to wait 4 days to be falsely arrested -- I agreed to be arrested immediately -- and said the judge will take one look at the video and toss out the case and I will sue you so he decided I had to wait until Sat.  Trouble was I had bleeding in my eye from the assault -- vision problems and my neck in a neck brace so a weekend stay that first precinct jail wouldn't have been the best thing for my health.

Internal Affairs Behind on NYPD 2013 Placards?

Last year I was the only one to report Internal Affairs was behind 3 months --- it took until I believe March 2012 for Internal Affairs to get all the 2012 to the entire NYPD force and that is a lot of people.

Well I was walking past Union Square yesterday and there I saw a 2012 placard in the window of an unmarked NYPD car which is a possible indication that Internal Affairs are behind yet again getting all NYPD their 2013 parking placards.

All expired and fake NYPD placards have to go.  I am grateful and in awe of any good honest and heroic cops but once your placard is expired it should be turned in.

Placards can be used to commit crimes like I am guessing Ramos used his and other in the NYPD PBA fixing and favors trials in the Bronx and reminder NYPD PBA fixing doesn't happen any where else in NYC...just the Bronx (yeah right)...placards can be used in terrorism etc.

If we have a mayor that insists on tickets New Yorkers up to their eyeballs and I know for a fact ticket them illegally than 1) please get the 2013 placards to the NYPD on time and remove all expired ones.

Internal Affairs Back Logged

Are there so many complaints against the NYPD that Internal Affairs is seriously back logged.

To me that is an indication again of how many People feel the NYPD have abused their power and or are corrupt which indicates to me that the NYPD are not probably weeding out bad cops and the NYPD has failed in training their police force.   IA back logged.

I made my complaint against Det. John Vergona over 90 days ago and to date IA has not contacted me and I was told by an IA Sgt just like Det. John Vergona had said to  me that IA will interview everybody.   Det. John Vergona lied to me and I even have an email where he says he will go over to the office where I was assaulted.

Vergona never went to to the medical office.  Det. John Vergona never interviewed everybody.  Det. John Vergona refused to meet my in person.  He refused to see the black eye and the defensive marks on my left arm.  I wanted to meet him in person because he was confused by a photo but he repeatedly refused.  To date we have never met.

The detectives from the First Precinct who took Delita Hook's false complaint another serious crime never contacted me.  Interesting huh.

Lt. Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen who supervise the First Precinct Det Squad appear to have no problem with this and for some reason had me turned away when Chen had agreed on the phone to allow me to come in and report the false complaint by Delita Hooks Nov. 20 I was turned away an hour after talking to Chen on the phone.  Chen would not come down and face me or explain on the phone why so I reported Burgos who I had contacted by email and Chen as well as the Commander DI Ed Winski.

Vergona has medical reports from 2 MDs -- when he began yelling at me telling  me I was going to drop the assault charges, beating me up emotionally there was not point alerting him to more medical reports from eye doctors with their documentation of blood in my eye 2 weeks later indicating there was possibly more damage and a few weeks later a Retina specialist found a hole in my retina and I had to have laser surgery.


Vergona had the video, photos and medical reports.  He refused to interview my MD and her staff.

CCRB Gave my Complaints to Internal Affairs

I thought Internal Affairs "stole" my complaints to CCRB but the letter I got from CCRB yesterday makes it appear CCRB handed them over.

Internal Affairs I am told is back logged.  Interesting the NYPD have so many complaints against them that IA back logged.

The NYPD have no successfully weeded out men and women who do not belong on the force.

The NYPD have not bothered to teach the law to the police or the police just arrogantly flout it and you can watch YouTubes from Occupy Wall Street to see the NYPD do not obey the laws regarding public spaces, civil rights and the rights of the press.

Miracle Senior 4 Legged Furry Friends Adopted

Adopt older 4 legged furry friends in need if you can.

They dream like us and I think love too.

I see miracles with mine. Especially my most handicapped I adopted at age 10.

I adopted a huge furry friend at the same time age 6 -- he is so loving and extra good natured never retaliating against my wee little part blind handicap cat.

Older adopted pets can grow to form very loving bonds. Some do have PTS like humans and need extra patience.

A dear friend adopted a dog that has such high levels of anxiety the dog can't go out or deal with people much -- my friends kindness extreme but his last adoptee blind and dying and he gave the abandoned dog a living home before she died.

I left another message for Gerald Daw and this one I suggested he should call me back or if I for some reason am too insignificant than he should have someone call me back on his behalf but 

I am asking 1) for any future testimony on CCRB and the NYPD/IA I be included and add my testimony because the People attempting to use CCRB should be included in the process and

2) I am asking OCD 20130025 be investigated by CCRB as well as Internal Affairs.

Yes a crime, actually two were committed.  1) I was threatened by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks and violently assaulted -- me a medical patient who exited as she stood by the door to violently give me the finger.  The video starts as I exit and wrongly thought I was safe asking her to give me the video again.)CD

FYI: I have never assaulted anyone on my life.  The NYPD Stats are like a Las Vegas Casino, a numbers game, the fix is in.  They NYPD were not going to investigate this.  The Det. that took the false complaint never contacted me.  Det. Vergona repeatedly told me he would to the office to interview everybody and he did not.    This was beyond sloppy police work but criminal and that is for IA to either cover-up or address but it is serious using a false complaint a serious crime to threaten me with false imprisonment.  I believe IA will cover it up but CCRB has to investigate OCD //// 002/ because

DI Ed Winski did not call me back or write me regarding me (some bummed I wrote recording) reporting Delita Hooks filed a false complaint.

I notified IA and Lt. Burgos that Sgt. Chen who was rude and discourteous to me on the phone told me to come in and report the false complaint by Delita Hooks and when I did I was turned away told I cannot report a false complaint only a Detective and the DA can do that said the PO at the front desk.

Sgt. Schwartz shooed me away from the front door because I hoped to wait until DI Ed Winski came out of the meeting and legally I have a right to stand outside or sit inside if invited which a kind NYPD PO did but I left because Schwartz ordered me to leave.

I want DI Ed Winski, Sgt. Chen and Vergona all investigated by CCRB for lack of courtesy and abuse of power so I ask my complaints be returned to CCRB.

I feel like they were "stolen" away.

My biggest concern is IA is going to cover-up for the crimes commited by Delita Hooks and the NYPD Detectives involved and their supervisors.  

The video proves I was threatened and violently assaulted.  I had damage to my already damaged 50 year old neck, a hole in my retina, an earring ripped out of my ear, hair torn out of my head after I had a cyst removed and that over a $400 medical fee and I never put down my heavy bag and my iphone as I stood there for three violent strikes a human pinata for Delita Hooks.

Is the NYPD telling me I do not have a right to defend myself and it sounded to me like Det John Vergona defamed me saying it was a mutual assault with the goal to make this inconvenient case go away.

His rude comments like stop blabbering and I do not care if you have two black eyes as well as telling me I had to wait 4 days to be false arrested Sat. Oct 20 instead of Oct 16 when I agree -- is so abusive. I asked why do I have to wait 4 days?  Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath?  Are you anti-Semitic?

I want all of these men involved to answer under oath to a CCRB investigator rather than be protected in secrecy by Internal Affairs who so far as not contacted me.  Lt Agnes has not returned my calls and my MD Dr. Vine and her medical asst can confirm they were never interviewed by NYPD Detectives and Internal Affairs and they should have been.

Please return my cases to CCRB and I spoke to an exceptional IA Det. today Det. who asked me to be patient.  IAB is back logged.  He helped me remember why I did like the NYPD so much but truly I was violently assaulted and right now it feels like the NYPD involved did their share and the message is I deserved what I got which is disgraceful.
