Thought you may want to know-- Dr. Fagelman has had some involvement with a female who is mentally ill, and as she went to file a police report for assault, he did just about the same thing he did to you. What a shame. This Fagelman never learns.

Supposedly, now, she filed a complaint with the ADA section of the DOJ, claiming mental health discrimination by the NYPD when she attemped to file a report. Apparently, Dr. Fagelman got the cops to say she's mentally ill, that her assault claim has no value because she's mentally disturbed.

 I believe Cy Vance, Joan Illuzzi  falsely prosecuted a guy with a 70 IQ in the Etan Patz Case  I did indeed come into contact with Etan Patz's killer at the deli.  The killer may have even given him some thing a T-shirt a piece of clothing anything and tried to convince him that he committed a crime He didn't.   An FBI agent  testified she did not believe this guy killed Etan Patz.

Years ago I was lord to Jeffrey Epstein's mansion by Ghislaine Maxwell.  I wrote the Manhattan DA Robert  Morgenthau  about their behavior and an artwork of my stolen.  I got a lawyer a trustee for Volunteer Lawyers For Artists to write a letter to Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer who at the time was brokering a deal for Wexner's kids to Epstein be the trustee  --  I found out  by luck when I learn to surf the Internet.
 I have more video evidence I have more audios I've audio post on YouTube of ADA Joan Illuzzi  lying to me. I have  internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing evidence saying case closed!

 There is a wall around the justice system in New York City and it's devastating because this is supposed to be a liberal democratic city !

 The Manhattan DA has not been fired or forced to resign he should never been allowed to return to his office when he asked to lower Jeffrey Epstein sex offender status.

I have so many videos proving NYPD wrongdoing how they obstruct justice and prevent Victims from reporting crime what are you look at those two below and see also why I wasn't going to get Justice! Joan Illuzzi Acted like a lovestruck teenager when it came to her boss so when I confronted him that was it I was never going to get  justice but when you come up against wealthy abusers and their employees they're 100% protected.   In a deposition after the court reporter packed up I watch my attackers lawyer remind her to lie what her false narrative is as if it would excuse the inexcusable!  She was there I was there and we were never alone and I can't believe I witnessed her lawyer encouraging her to put out yet another false narrative she and her doctor lied and lied to excuse their liability and wrongdoing and why should they have any fear Jeffrey Epstein had none for how many years ? 

 I was savagely assaulted at the doctors when I went to get a cyst removed by doctor Vine!  The attack including  forcible touching which I told the detective a soon as he called me and he did not put in the police reports he falsified police reports to prepare for his goal to finally course me was organized with the detective squad at the 1st Precinct the commander and One Police Plaza because I notified them I was being coerced and I was told that if I didn't drop charges I would have to be arrested Saturday at 4 PM !


 I emailed the Det. and Ray Kelly's Community affairs liaisons in his office so Ray Kelly can't say he did not know!  In federal court when I sued him he chose to defend the wrongdoing and he made a point along with all the defendants to say they would except service for the detective that violently coerce me that they could the city I'll just except he's been served!



 I had two injections in my elbow I was caring a bunch of bags and Dr Fagelman's  receptionist office manager at the time I didn't know her name Delita Hooks who goes by Delite and Dee  yelled at me that I have no rights who am I when I asked about paper cups instead of Styrofoam that it's better for the planet and I wrote a note to Dr Vine and I allege Delita Hooks stole the note I wrote my doctor which is how she got my name my doctor never got the note!

 I gave it to my doctors receptionist who was pregnant and about to take maternity leave.   Wrote the note on my doctors business card.

Joan didn't know who I was and she didn't know I was a critic of her boss I told her right away I'm a critic I hope you're not going to hold that against me and she lied and said no she did admit I was a victim of second-degree assault. She didn't make my attacker filed a false cross complaint but she told me right up front she was not going to prosecute the past!
