Cheered up my Parkinson's Plus Mom not so Depressed or sick Visit helped
I cheered Mom up. An older woman with red hair (she told me she was a tennis coach) with a little teeny magnificent black poodle jumped in and helped me and Nadia - The woman gave mom coaching on how to get in the chair in a way that mommy was not infuriated but actually enjoy the woman's attention.
We completely cheered Mom up she went from depression and being miserable once I pushed her to go out into the sun and the world we went to this place where you sit outside and she had half a sandwich and rice pudding in her stomach was okay.
Mom called me later (the train still on the train :( and apologized for how she talked to me -- I jokingly said to me this time or how many times in the past, hardee har, so apology excepted I love you.
You gone from depression to guilt so now how about going to happiness I love you.

I am in shock and my brain has not absorbed the name of the kind retired officer that sent Joe the photo. I was called down the museums offices before the museum was built to be interviewed and that was the last time I saw the jacket I can't bring myself to go to the museum it's too upsetting. So this morning when I knew in concept that my jacket was there is now a reality.
Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton and everyone involved in Manhattan DA destroyed everything the jacket in my heart and what it meant with their

I'm in shock it's the first time I've seen it in the museum and how did I come to see it ???? a group email to retired NYPD another police officer and some press that follow NYPD Hero Joe Sanchez with more metals on his chest than any of the defendants in my case he was wrongfully terminated because like me he was outspoken. Curators from the museum before it was built had me come down after showing my jacket to people - they burst in to tears because I represented them. I guess maybe the museum was trying to fund raise and was showing some of what would be on display and this jacket made them cry.
On the left sleeve is an NYPD detective patch representing the detectives who volunteered at the Morgue even if it meant hoping for a smallest piece DNA to identify a loved one and then the NYPD detective would have to tell the family. Heartbreaking when I think of it I cry. I volunteered at NYU medical with preschool handicapped children at some point after September 11NYU medical volunteer division asked me to work on the archive thanking everybody.
I called thousands of people and thank them for volunteering. The small group that actually was not turned away I documented what they actually did. One volunteer told me just bringing NYPD detective at the Morgue a cup of coffee was an honor.

I went to the police immediately she went to days later her false cross-complaint actually says two days not 24-- 48 hrs. after.
I don't know why Zachary Carter's defending this but he's going to have to answer because history is going to look back at this era and Eric Garner and my pro se cases filled under Ray Kelly and Campisi.

so I got to tell you I'm almost relieved I wasn't called in the middle the night to be told it turns out mom is sick a very bad stomach problems and it was a terrible problem and part of it's still not cleaned up I'm on my way there and I had hope to take her out we doing in a wheelchair I and I get help
but don't know what's happening and I just had to leave a message for the director and emails I'm just saddened and my mother's depressed.
It's very alarming very disheartening I just feel overwhelmed.

Poor Judge Joan M. Kenny. Imagine getting assigned the crazy Tacopina "defamation" circus litigation. As your blog sometimes reports, the former A-Rod lawyer seemingly likes to fire clients that may have difference over objectives and then, if they complain, he or his minions have been reported to orchestrate retaliation "defamation" lawsuits against whomever crosses his line.
To your fans who may not be aware, a former client of the A-Rod lawyer, a Jane Doe, a lawyer herself, was sued by Mr. Tacopina as was her lawyer, Tim Parlatore was also sued for "defamation." The Tacopina lawsuit replies on technicalities over timing of comments and wherever those comments were protected by court immunity inside or related to court cases. However, Tacopina also sued the NY Daily News.
Here is the problem for Judge Kenney. Most lawyers do not sue former clients for speech. At most, they may sue for unpaid bills. It is rare to do what the A-Rod lawyer is doing. This is not the first client Tacopina's name has been associated with "defamation" lawsuits against clients.
Judge Kenny has parties who have dug in. A Judge's worse case nightmare. There are bizarre ethical issues that if decided wrongly can have far lasting effects upon the rights of ALL parties in New York litigation. So, the Judge has delayed and delayed. A pending Motion to freeze Tacopina's assets dates back to last November. A decision should be happening soon.
If Judge Kenney was smart, and she is smart, she would deny the "defamation" lawsuits and remand the ethical issues filed against this lawyer right back to the New York Departmental Disciplinary Committee that has stalled and demand they take action. A small birdie hears Bernie Kerik ethical complaints (who is also being sued in a $5 mm defamation lawsuit) were stalled simply by the lawyers filing litigation. How silly is that? That would be like the mob getting pinched, and having a lawyer filing a civil case that would stop the DA's criminal case from proceeding. Only lawyers could find such loopholes.
Lets hope Judge Kenney does the right thing for everyone and protects the rights of litigants over lawyer "defamation" lawsuits against former clients who exercise their rights.
