I call Sgt. Chen, he refused to get on the phone, reported Chen to IAB & CCRB. Try calling DI Winski twice because 1st time they put me thru to community affairs & in my opinion Schatz corrupt so I did not leave a message.   I had reported Schatz and his relationship to The Mercer Hotel and IAB did nothing...Schatz "promoted" to community affairs to better fix for the rich? I write him a letter. Ed Winski treated me non-human zero as well.

The treatment by NYPD and even IAB so far is like the early stages of Nazi Germany.  Sgt. Agnes IAB  like Ed Winski has not returned my calls.  Sgt Decker of IAB said everyone will be interviewed and just like 01 Det Squad John Vergona 7 months have gone by and still everyone involved has not been interviewed.


Detectives that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint never contacted me! Det John Vergona in my opinion a corrupt cop refused repeatedly to meet me to see the damage to my arm and defensive wounds on my arm. His supervisors are corrupt as well which makes me wonder does Dr. Fagelman, Hooks boss get fixing from NYPD for his “help”? Remember Chief Marino?

After waiting I see DI Ed Winski but decide to not approach as he looks at his watch than goes in to a meeting. I go to get fresh air and stand by the exit. A good cop invites me to come back in sit down and wait but Sgt. Schwartz comes and shoes me out like an animal. He says he has my letter to Winski and to leave. Last time I checked a precinct is a public space. I didn't post that audio but the audio above inside 01 you hear me call Internal Affairs, CCRB as well as PO Migori at the front desk telling me I can't report a false cross complaint and Sgt Chen must be confused....  I can't wait to learn how many years Sgt. Chen has been an NYPD officer.

Paul Kraft, 31, had pleaded guilty in March to a string of five between-the-leg gropings of random pedestrian women, disturbing attacks committed throughout the Upper East Side and lower Manhattan in February and March last year.

The creepy crime wave earned headlines last year, when sidewalk surveillance footage showed the same dapper-dressed suspect doing all the grabbing.

The first "Gentleman Groper" collared last year turned out to be the wrong man -- a well-dressed but innocent Bible-study leader."

You will hear me report Sgt. Chen to Internal Affairs from inside the First Precinct, try to call Ed Winski the commander twice without success and write him -- the letter part of a law suit and no response from him or any NYPD officer representing him.

At the time he was written up for being a hero to a Playboy bunny type who feared a stalker that lived far far away but I was violently assaulted and would have been blind without surgery and DI Ed Winski in my opinion part of a group of NYPD officers that fixed the assault.

Very sickening and try punching their wives or even them in the eye let alone give Ed Winski the finger.

There is classic OWS video of Ed Winski’s response to a young woman who gives him a finger in a public space where she in fact had a right to be.  Ed ends up handcuffing her pressed against an NYPD car.

Ed Winski made the 01 feel like the  Early Stages  of Nazi Germany but when people like Henry Buhl who was associated with the Bernie Madoff of the late 70’s and early 80s called the NYPD came running to harass Veteran Vets and Henry Buhl’s karma -- he is now named in a big lawsuit in Florida that refers to the one of the lawsuits from way back when....

Ed would ticket Vet Vendors and Artist for the Mercer Hotel who was breaking parking laws using loading and unloading as private parking and corrupt Schatz now in Internal Affairs acts like he works for the Mercer Hotel.

Don't know if you saw me on NY 1 April 20, 2013.

 I publicly called Christine Quinn out at the mayor Forum on housing.

 Unfortunately NY 1 muted the sound so the public could only see me but not what hear what I was saying. NY 1 did not post the story on its web site.


I was moved to speak out against Quinn for what was a dubious piece of legislation created by her and Melissa Mark-Viverito, whom I am running against in the 8th district. 


The bill  known  as the "Tenant  Antiharassment Bill"  which Quinn was crowing about, is what got me out of my seat proclaiming to her and the audience that she  was lying with regard to her "great" record on tenants rights, specifically this pro-landlord bill disguised as a beacon of hope for harassed tenants like myself. 


 Quinn and Melissa Mark Viverio restructured the former law, regarding tenant harassment, in which the tenant was awarded treble damages if they won in a harassment lawsuit  and anyone reputable person could serve as a witness, i.e., police or neighbor . Now the way the law has been restructured, the tenant can only bring a harassment case against their landlord if a housing inspector of witness the harassment. If the tenant wins his or her  case, (none have ever been won in the 4 years since the bill's enactment) the landlord has a cap of $5000, and  the money is a civil penalty paid to the City, NOT the Tenant!


How do I know all this, I have a victim of my landlords retaliatory harassment, including threats from a prisoner at Green Haven penitentiary, my lights tuned off every night for months and tying my electricity meter, charging me hundreds of dollars to pay bills for other people's usage. The police witnessed the harassment and provided me with documentation. Con Ed was prepared to testify on my behalf , but low and behold there would be no trial because of the new anti harassment law written by Christine Quinn and Melissa Mark Viverito. Judge Kaplan told me the last time I tried to get this case heard, and I tried at least four times, that he would dismiss my case, and I could be saddled with paying the landlord's attorney fees, which, at hundreds of dollars per hour, and the hours typically pad dad, could be enormous. He went on to tell me further bad news: No harassment  case could go forward unless the harassment was witnessed by a housing inspector!

I am waiting on Internal Affairs and it has been 7 months since Dr. Andrew Fagelman's delita hooks violently assaulted me like she was on something.....so my mind begins to wonder.....

I know the NYPD in part did what they did because of a series of biases but I can't help but wonder did Dr. Fagelman contact NYPD pals that he prescribes Viagra and HGH -- no he could not prescribe HGH because NYPD aren't allowed to take that right?  If they did maybe the woman who assaulted me knows about that?  No they wouldn't have NYPD pals doing fixing and favors would they.

Meanwhile I hand out Justice cards and People cannot get over how crazy violent and unprofessional Delita Hooks is and was not fired.  That day I felt so beautiful I told a really good looking younger guy and she robbed me of that.  She was so violent crazy like she was on steroids or something.  The cute guy told me I am still beautiful.  I don't feel it being a victim of a violent assault financed by Dr. Fagelman -- yes fagelman did not fire her and paid her for her violent assault on company time.

Nowing how many NYPD have adulterous affairs and hirer strippers for parties do you think any get Viagra party favors from Dr. Fagelman?  No Fagelman just pays Delita Hooks to assault other MD's patients that try to get medical care without being verbally assaulted -- interfered with by Delita running to the door to get in front of them to violently give them the finger..../////???
