November 6, 2010 -- New York, NY – On Friday, November 5, at approximately 2 p.m., LGBT civil rights activist Alan Bounvillevisited Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand’s New York legislative office, but Mr. Bounville and other activists were turned away.  Mr. Bounville travelled to Sen. Gillibrand’s office to ask the Honourable Senator to file the American Equality Bill.
Friday marked Day 4 of Mr. Bounville’s water-only fast, which he began on Election Day, November 2.  On the trip to Sen. Gillibrand’s office, Mr. Bounville was accompanied by LGBT activists Iana DI Bona and Rich Murray.

About the American Equality Bill :
The American Equality Bill would amend existing civil rights laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.”  It would end de jure discrimination in vast areas of life, such as : employment, housing, credit, public places and facilities, and all programs operating with federal funding.  It would also cover school discrimination and bullying, adoption, and all federal health programs.

I am an Independent that switched to democrat so I can vote in the primary and I will be voting against Christine Quinn, Mike Bloomberg's mini-me because if she becomes mayor, Mike Bloomberg will have his fourth term running NYC from the golf course through Quinn.

The Westchester News is not slamming democrats but questioning why is corruption so rampant in NY State, the USA and around the world.  That is a big question!

Suzannah B. Troy happy to be working out but broken toe not happy at all!

The base of my 3 toe is swollen and it hurts.  I have had to run to up and down subways stair, rush everywhere and I do have a cast for the foot that comes on and off but haven't been wearing it.  When I did it was amazing and the swelling in my foot went down....

Wish I was running the Marathon tomorrow but those days are over.   I get to live vicariously through a friend, actually a couple of pals are running tomorrow.

Just felt good to work out again.  Working out feels superb!!!!!!!

I know next manicure pedicure but not a priority.

FYI, ditto for the Bloomberg cyber thug Bloombergforlife, RattnerRocks, MikeisInnocent, (yeah right, even Bloomberg's lawyers admit king Mike broke campaign laws. I and anyone critical of Bloomberg on YouTube has been harassed non stop including identity theft, he stole Tony Avella than a city council member's identity actually twice to create fake YouTube Channels and I got Tony to contact Google which owns YouTube and at least both of those accounts are suspended. It is aggravated harassment and YouTube has done very little to nothing to stop the dim witted g. gordon liddy of YouTube for Mike Bloomberg.

I remember I was in college and my parents had divorced which was very upsetting.  I had my wisdom teeth removed and my Dad took care of me.  He asked me what movie I wanted to rent from the video store and I said "Unmarried Woman".

Clayburgh died too young and unlike so many she appeared real and genuine.    She died after years of fighting   chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

I am so proud I have donated my white blood cells to help people including a little girl (non-Hodgkin's), gallons of platlets to help fight cancer and I would continue to do so if I had not experienced so much trauma -- including involving my now thankfully ex-home of 20 years, exhausting harassment ho hum --- that it took a toll on my body.   I was told by my MD and acupuncturist not to give anything but most especially my blood and put my health first.

I would like to take the spiritual high road but not there -- I have thought to myself what if the people being abusive to me needed my white blood cells....I definitely would not donate them.

I do believe what goes around comes around.

Anyway, I loved Unmarried Women because the film was about survival.   Divorce is like a death for the family, not recommended.  If I get married I prefer to do so just once.  So far I have avoided marriage.

Jill Clayburgh was excellent in that film and so real in her looks and demeanor, not "Holly-woo-wood".

Client 9 - Official Trailer (The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer), did they punish Spitzer and 14 million New Yorkers as well?

I rented the documentary "Client 9" from Itunes for the bargain price of $6.99 (not including tax) and I can tell you the film is too long but I won't be forgetting parts of it anytime soon.

First let's give a nod to Silda Spitzer.  She is beautiful, intelligent and a saint to stay with Spitzer. I feel sorry for their daughters.  I don't feel she stayed with him as many women do for financial or some ambitious agenda; she is most likely a genuinely good person and it is trying to keep it together for her daughters is my guess.

Spitzer was ahead of the game going after Wall Street and if more people had maybe Wall Street would not have imploded.  That being said he clearly lost his mind and he comes off like a sex addict and a hypocrite.

Note: On being a head of the game about Wall Street being above the radar,  I wrote a short story about a woman that takes over an international biker's club and turns it into a global financial service firm on wheels to talk about White Collar crime being above the radar and costing tax payers a fortune in 2003.

The Wall Street guys that took Spitzer down, Hank Greenberg and Langone  (& Goldman Sachs John Whitehead who with Bloomberg denied our FDNY, NYPD, PAPD and EMS their rank on the 9-11  memorial) really don't "get it".  I have one thing and one thing only in common with Langone....forgiving is not my strong point and that is why Silda is a winner in my book.    Bruno was a player in this but Bruno is a complicated guy with a lot of grey tones and he is capable of empathy.

In my spare time I have donated my white blood cells, a 2 hour process where you have to lie still - not easy  for me, with a needle in each arm....one time I did it for a little girl before being I was given the "treatment" way to many American women have of false breast cancer scares after going for a mammogram, my last.  After you have been given the breast cancer torture scare rushing out to donate white blood cells may not be at the top of your list but it was for me so Greenberg and Langone are not of my world and visa versa.

I don't imagine Greenberg and Langone rushing to donate their white blood cells for a stranger but maybe I am wrong. 

I wrote Spitzer and Bruno after 9-11.  Bruno for our FDNY and Bruno wrote me back a beautiful letter...very moving and Spitzer also responded, he had a lawyer staff member write me back a letter I had written on behalf of the FDNY, NYPD, PAPD and EMS that died in record humber  being honored at the WTC Memorial.  Again a very kind letter and I was told it was up to mayor Bloomberg.

Langone make a comment about his heart that made me laugh and he also said every person has their own personal hell. 

Are there approximately 14 million people or more that live in NY?  However many they were punished along with Spitzer's family because we got Dave Paterson, a buffoon and we are heading in to a hellish economic crisis that won't be effecting the mega rich players, the kind Mike Bloomberg used his third term to benefit including NYU and Columbia University,  lucky them.

To get a small glimpse in to the corrupt dealings of Wall Street I recommend taking a look at this film but it was just too long and it is not a great film.

Wayne Barrett is interviewed for this film and he really did a great job and Barrett wrote a piece on Bloomberg that says it all in the header, "Bloomberg broke campaign laws, admit his own lawyers" and I am waiting for the documentary on Bloomberg next.  Maybe the title will be the "Little Emperor of NYC".  One thing we did see that isn't in the movie is very rich people that thought they were masters of the Universe, impervious fell hard, very hard and lost everything when we had the mortgage meltdown, Bernie Maddoff debacle and Wall St. imploded.  

Roger Stone, the Republican dirty trickster, swinger,  dressed as a James Bond makes a glittery appearance and it isn't clear if he despises Spitzer more for being a sexually hypocrite or a for being  political emperor wannabe.    In NYC it seems everyone wants to be emperor.....

Wow, AG got a guilty plea from Morris but it looks like he is gonna walk.  I doubt he will go to jail but if he does it will be a short country club stay.

The message is if you are gonna steal steal big....

No one else had to plead guilty -- they just paid $140 million in fines and more is to come - Rattner, Mike's BF and money manager is going to have to pay up and he will get to walk too.

Yet NYERS --  people  they are poor minorities including people of color and Veteran Vendors getting ticketed for petty minor infractions as criminal as jay walking. (See my blog postings on the Mercer Hotel....)

Ask all city workers to tax public transportation starting with Scott Stringer. I forgot to mention make all developers and landlords pay their DOB and ECB (environmental Control Board) which Christine Quinn dismissed combined a mega fortune....believe combined was a billion dollars but most was dismissed and the city in no way punished them for not paying either.

Why Voter Turn-Out is so low in New York

I asked a friend why is voter turn-out so low in New York? 

In The New York Daily News editoral slamming the Board of Elections renamed the Board of Incompetence the editors point out the preliminary count showed 1,144,729 in a city of what, over 8 million people and what about the stats for the State of NY as well.  How many registered voters are there and how many of them actually voted?

Why so low?

My friend responded because it is a choice between /////////   and ////////.  The choices he gave where between 2 bodily excretions I don't feel like posting on my blog.

The bottom line is voters are hopeless than any politician can actually help them so they stay home.

Cuomo in his 1st interviews says he will stop the pay to play culture but than why send the message when you steal steal big and let them all walk?

I voted for Cuomo.  I made up my mind the day before and almost didn't vote for him for attacking Palladino for Haggerty when he should have been attacking Mike Bloomberg.  Cuomo says he wants to end pay to play culture but the message he is sending is if you want to steal, steal big and you won't go to jail.  Is Cuomo also going to let Mike Bloomberg's money manager, Steve Rattner walk as well?

I posted this comment above on The NY Post website.  Do you think Fred Dicker will remove it?  Fred Dicker did great work exposing Dave Paterson's corrupt dealings not that it had any effect because corrupt politicians in the State of New York are above the law but when it comes to Andrew Cuomo Dicker is a paternalist pit bull on steroids so can Dicker actually report the news fair and square any more now that Andrew will be governor.

Columba U. Journalism students interview Suzannah B. Troy on term liimits

3 wonderful Columbia U. graduate  Journalism students filmed me with my art and interviewed me....I am answering a few questions more and one was how I felt about the results of the election re: Term Limits?  (Folks I am exhausted so excuse the typos but I write for people that get the heart and soul of what I am saying.)


Bittersweet, bittersweet because the way the bundled question on term limits  was presented was dishonest and corrupt. 

Mike Bloomberg himself said he would vote Yes so people asked me to vote NO so I would be voting against him.  Of  course I voted Yes but with anger at the corrupt dishonest way the question on term limits was presented.  Bloomberg chose the charter commission revision committee and they are responsible for questions 1 and question 2 being bundled in away so offensive that people were outraged but voters have learned we rarely have the luxury of what in who or what we believe in but in the lesser of two evils.  Opponents of Term Limits were angry they were not given the option of NO term limits what so ever.

The city council people that got their third term like our mayor Bloomberg through the corrupt dealings of Mike Bloomberg and his mini-me Christine Quinn denying us a referendum  pushing through a vote in city council using "slush and intimidation"  get to keep their 3rd term.   More and more we are experiencing the illusion of democracy not democracy.

Am I happy we got 2 years limit back and voters sent a strong message?  Yes.  But it won't undue the damage down and Mike Bloomberg' flushing democracy and the democratic process down the toilet.

This is for the Commissioners of DOT and NYPD. I have a witness that saw a mercer hotel staff member carrying in to the hotel a sign that said Loading and Unloading only for The Mercer Hotel. The NYPD refuses to investigate. A new sign with less words 2 ft. south now up. The cars use the space as loading and unloading. DOT, do you have the sign now in your possession and was that sign legal? The arrest ticketing of people of color, ticketing of Veteran Vendors and a blind eye to the mercer hotel it clients including the mgr having water thrown on a Viet Nam Vet another vendor both sides the hotel is criminal but the NYPD turns a blind eye and a deaf ear and why and for who?

Day after the election Hank Morris to walk? Next Steve Rattner? If you want steal steal big! That is the motto!

Chilean miner arrives in NYC to run marathon!

Remember they released the Steve Rattner news the night the miners were freed to bury Rattner's scandal?

I will be there to pick up a runner and bring him home.  I just wish I was running.  I have run 2 NYC marathons and I blew out my knees from martial arts, running and just too much over the top stuff.  I miss running the most.
