Isn't it so interesting the case is been tried in Manhattan when it should've been tried in Brooklyn and NYPD including top cops breaking laws right at the Manhattan DA's front door and Preet Bharara's office but Preet only went after NYPD fixing and favors in Brooklyn w/ orthodox Jews. Cy Vance was and is protecting NYPD crimes. ADA Tiana Walton and Joan Illuzzi made it clear to me they were protecting NYPD crimes in my case! And one point there was discussion about arresting my attacker but no NYPD would be used instead of special investigator from the DAs office would arrest Delita Hooks! Then I saw the Manhattan DA in the flesh when I confront him and that was it they decided to protect all crimes because I dared to confront their boss. I also confronted Ray Kelly before I even sued him. I don't have video but I was going to testify at City Hall that we need a criminal prosecution of crooks 911 tech corruption also known as ECTEP and I handed him my Justice card as he exited City Hall.
Before I testified I went up to an NYPD chief who didn't want to tell me where he worked it was chief chuck Dowd who took thousand dollars of gifts from Verizon -- Verizon who later had to return $50 million on 911 tech corruption. Bratton and Dowd hosted a board meeting for FirstNet at 1 Police Plaza And I reported my concerns to Internal Affairs who to date protect all crimes in my case!
