Kalief Browder City’s Horrific 50H Hearing Netflix A Crucial Filming My Case Today City Guilty

Kalief Browder City’s Horrific 50H Hearing Netflix A Crucial Filming My Case Today City of NY so Guilty their silence speaks volumes

Exhausted can’t write and I grotesquely over ate all vegan but lots of vegan food fattening.

I am praying to G-d everyone involved violence and lies EVERYONE involved  in my case  gets their karma.

Joseph Percoco convicted on multiple felony corruption charges is as much a reflection on Gov. Cuomo as on Percoco himself. Reminds me Preet Bharara Cy Vance didn’t arrest Bill de Blasio to many $ connections in common? hmmm nypost.com/2018/03/13/gui…

I couldn’t get 1/2 my points in oral argument but good news is court video taped I referenced Kalief Browder, Eric Garner, Erica Garner dead Eric & I started out pro se under mayor Mike Bloomberg and Ray Kelly. Kalief Browder 50h hearing Netflix hope my argument in documentaries

New York City Corp Counsel lawyer who defends cops breaking laws like in my case arrested for shoving cop over blocked icy sidewalk but First Precinct KARMA hope they arrest all the lawyers that lied for cops in my case and MD’s office and Joe Tacopina cunt call coward that threatened me as Bob Dobalina and Chad Seigel as Charles Ward - Joe and Chad have not denied they broke the law I filed ethical complaints against them with the New York State Supreme Court ethics committee and they didn’t deny it the same committee that Let Joe Tacopina break the law as proven by Bernie Kerik.  Bernie prove that you contacted him after the federal agents told him not to and what did Supreme Court ethics committee do nothing but when I filed an ethical complaint against them for their behavior in the NYPD rape trial they threaten me with a lawsuit I said go ahead and I listed who I would call they didn’t sue me.

NYPD cop busted for heroin trafficking no one surprised NYPD are not properly screened, trained, supervised City of NY literally hiring criminals giving them guns and badges and internal affairs is protecting chronic crimes what is surprising is if internal affairs actually does their job and that usually the FBI’s leaning over their shoulder

Graham Rayman at the Village Voice  now the NYDN  is not very good at acknowledging articles that he’s read or people that he’s used like me as a source  on citytime.

Levitt’s  article below is better for powerful was written was two years ago to be at the New York Daily News in reference of anything mention Larry Byrne.

James O’Neill and de Blasio caught lying first exposed by Leonard Levitt but surprise the New York Daily News riders and going to mention the article which also pointed out larry Byrne was to blame and de Blasio could release NYPD records in Eric Garner’s case!

(Instead the cop that jumps on our corner got a promotion when he should not have and 24 hour security like his mayor of New York if we knew his disciplinary record I’m sure he would not of gotten a promotion it just shows you how corrupt they are.)

But police reform advocate and Legal Aid attorney Cynthia Conti-Cook blasted the NYPD’s interpretation of 50-a for promoting “secrecy about police misconduct.”
“Contrary to a 40-year-plus policy of NYPD releasing disciplinary summaries, this administration has Frankensteined 50-a from a narrow law that exempts certain personnel records from disclosure into a sweeping law that promotes a dangerous level of state secrecy about police misconduct against the public.”
Critics also say that if the accused wrongdoer is a supervisor — like in the case of Assistant Chief Jeffrey Maddrey, who lost 45 vacation days after he was accused of making false statements to the department and roughing up his alleged mistress — the punishment is almost always light.
But Christopher Dunn, associate legal director for the New York Civil Liberties Union, said such a contention is difficult to prove. “It’s pretty much impossible to compare punishments given the lack of public disclosure about the department’s disciplinary practices,” Dunn said.
In a stunning development, Lynch, the head of the NYPD’s largest police union, agreed with Dunn, a longtime critic of the department. “It is the NYPD’s responsibility to ensure disciplinary punishment is fair among all of its ranks,” said Lynch.
The NYPD, however, says its penalties are not arbitrary and are done on a “case-by-case basis.”

Cy Vance misogynist pay to rape DA pay to play fixes for NYPD yet again he comps NYPD when they commit crimes no $ to his campaign required
“The Manhattan district attorney’s office declined to charge Golden based on the lack of witnesses and evidence, since five of the six women left the country.”

The NYDN neglected to mention Larry Bryne is the architect of the creative interpretation of 50-a that in my opinion is used to obstruct justice by the city of New York as well as the NYPD foil division. The same Larry Bryne the NYDN reported was given hell by Judge Jack Weinstein for being willfully obtuse pretending he didn’t understand that when an NYPD officer commit perjury it’s far more grievous than an average person because they can take away her liberty violate our civil rights!

I am glad gov. Andrew Cuomo pointed out mayor de Blasio could release NYPD disciplinarian records but doesn’t. Bratton, O’Neill could have but they didn’t. If they had, there’s no way any cop in the Eric garner case would’ve gotten a promotion and 24 hour security like NYPD PO Pantaleo received.

Mayor de Blasio is not a progressive mayor because a progressive mayor will call for permanent new commission into NYPD IA DA corruption and transparency. He won’t do that because it would reveal the city hasn’t been properly screening officers for a long long time including way back into Ray Kelly’s career as well and has too hired criminals and puts guns and badges in to their hands.

I know. I’m a victim of cops broke laws at their desk under Michael Bloomberg and Ray Kelly.
