I have a signed letter by my attacker openly threatening me warning me to not come back and file second-degree assault charges the NYPD cannot destroy that evidence has they’ve done to prior victims I have a copy and there’s no statute of limitations also the same for sexual assault but I also have police reports that prove to NYPD detectives and supervisors lied
I have audio’s as well including from a sex crime unit we’re not allowed to report a crime when you hear me say I drop charges because I was coerced it felt like the detective had a gun to my head that should’ve been a shocking statement but the callous woman detective finds it all entertaining And clearly she doesn’t understand protocol she refused her badge number she lied to me told me I don’t need it when in fact they did she clearly doesn’t want to understand crimes especially fellow detectives and bosses and you can hear she won’t let me report crime but she wants to give me advice and I said I’m not calling to get advice I’m calling to report a crime Sex Crimes detectives she refuses to take a message to have her supervisor call me which is also violation protocol as was withholding her badge.
but there’s more audios I have including of the 1st Precinct not letting me report my attacker’s first cross complaint that’s a violation of my constitutional right so I have audio I have a video by police reports and my tack or signed letter threatening me which matches the tone of I believe Joe Tacopina using a sock puppet account and he hasn’t denied it and there’s a second sock puppet account and I believe that’s Chad Seigel.
If I’m correct in these two lawyers broke the law and threaten me during an open investigation Joe Tacopina‘s if I’m correct it was Joe it’s a misogynist Hate Crimes threat at the NYPD in on top brass there’s no statute limitations and I do not give feds permission to use my case to give Joe Tacopina a proffer agreement I would sue federal agents that offered him a proper agreement using crimes he committed my case.
I just called the chief of department and the officer that answered was polite and cordial nice but he gave me no real answer no correct answer so I called the precinct and I got a young cop who has integrity and morals And he told me the truth and the urge me to come in as soon as possible and I told him I had to wait until Police Commissioner O’Neill is gone.
Told this young cop that he is a good human being a good person I said may G-d protect him.
I didn’t Tell him that I called One Police Plaza I’ve called the police commissioner under James O’Neill and just now the chief of department and you don’t get officers like him that having tech ready and honesty that I understand the law and are willing to tell the truth
O’Neill, Chief Boyce, Cy Vance made it impossible for any Harvey Weinstein victims and so many like the huge number sexually assaulted by MD and MD’s victims that did did not get Justuce!
