Terrorist Attacks FirstNet 7 Billion $ 911 NYC 2 Billion + $ Booth Boondoogles Might Collapse?
Under Free Rides on my Jet Mayor Bloomberg Ray Kelly appointed Chief Chuck Dowd head of Tech (caught fixing crime not qualified see NYDN articles) therefore Dowd was head of NYPD 911 tech corruption 2 billion dollar plus boondoggle and then chief Chuck Dowd was appointed to the FirstNet board and I exclusively exposed the fact that he and NYPD police Commissioner Bratton hosted a FirstNet Board Meeting 1 police plaza and that was right before the federal investigation began because guess what FirstNet was and most likely still is a 7 billion $ boondoggle...
Dowd for tooth and nail to stay on that board probably my guess he was getting all kinds of perks and even got certain unions to back him but luckily for us he didn't get his wish.
If 911 tech collapses during a series of Terrace attacks your New York City with that be enough to start prosecuting New York City government officials as well as contractors and forcing keep people like Cy Vance and Rose Gill Hearn to resign for their power jobs they don't deserve?
@suzannahbtroy: 911 Tech 311 Could Collapse Again under Large Scale Terrorism Bloomberg, Ray Kelly, Rose Gill Hearn explain https://t.co/dPPtapprqM
Exclusive Bratton Dowd won't be hosting anymore FirstNet board meetings 1 police plaza

"Conflicts Of Interest, Lack Of Transparency Mar Our Attempt To Build A Nationwide Emergency Wireless Network"
from the when-can-we-officially-call-it-a-boondoggle dept
Prompted by the communications network failures during 9/11, roughly fourteen years ago the government began exploring the building of a nationwide emergency communications network specifically for first responders and emergency personnel. While it took a decade of Congressional bickering, the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 finally created the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet). FirstNet was given $7 billion and tasked with building a nationwide LTE network that largely piggybacks on the networks of existing carriers, delivering what the project's website declares will be a "a force multiplier, increasing collaboration to help emergency responders save more lives, solve more crimes and keep our communities safer."
