City of NY Corp Counsel Finally Admits I was treated Egregiously PTS City Hasn't Apologized and Taken Action Later I attend Nicholas Heyward Jr Memorial and than a Chabbad Function

The City of NY refuses to admit my constitutional rights were violated and pay me damages! I am filing 2nd lawsuit and it won't be for 50,000. I woke up at 3:30 am (it is now almost 5pm) after an amazing morning in court after almost 3 years now a lawyer for the City of NY corp counsel told 3 Judges yesterday -- Ms. Troy was treated egregiously --- so after years of abuse by City employees on going re Internal Affairs who refuses to give me an update on the NYPD Inspector General 's case number -- 4:25am I just called left vm Tom Mahoney NYPD Inspector General gave him the update and told him I still intend suing in Nov and he will be included unless he starts taking action like getting me a status report on my case he forwarded to Internal Affairs because Internal Affairs won't give me one.
I also left a message for retired NYPD Capt. Eterno giving him the update.
I am going to attend the Nicholas Hayward memorial later today.... heartbreaking -- I will write a check to this foundation instead of PAL. Because of the NYPD abuses and Ray Kelly's insane defense of coercion, verbal violence threats and a false arrest on the Sabbath I stopped donating to PAL. FYI Bill Bratton is no better. I have audios of his staff saying my case will be investigated but his head of Internal Affairs Chief Reznick was exposed in a lawsuit calling an NYPD whistle blower a rat and the victim won his lawsuit. Bratton on my case and Eric Garner could have spoken up but instead they cover up. My case the Manhattan DA corrupt biz as usual.

Google Dr Fagelman assault and see his violent receptionist try to beat me in to submission -- she doesn't know it is wrong and FYI it is wrong to try and beat 2 legged or 4 legged beings in to submission. The NYPD joined in threatening me coercion and Internal Affairs and corrupt Manhattan DA joined in protecting all wrong doing. During this extended trauma I learned about the plight of the Elephants and their suffering it the abuses and murders poaching torture must stop. Please google Dr Fagelman for now that is how I have exposed Dr F not even firing her but he officially blames me which is inexcusable.
When all is said and done I want to contact Beth Israel and NYU Langone and ask them how they can have anything to do with Dr Andrew Fagleman -- how can he be around other MD's patient when his own staff member treat to beat another MD's patient to a pulp and his staff and he blamed the patient rather than apology for my patient rights and my body repeatedly violated so how can Dr Andrew Fagelman be around other MD's patients when he doesn't understand the basic decency and the different between right and wrong? The violence and lies from his staff are continuing to cause me pain and his blaming me is sinful. Do I have to say my opinion on yeah this is an opinion blog and yesterday the City of NY after almost 3 years owned up Ms Troy was treated egregiously in Court in front of 3 judges...I asked the judges to go to YouTube and watch the video of the attack and 2 other YouTubes that have audios of the NYPD turning me away violating my Constitutional rights and Internal Affairs refusing evidence!
