It appears Bikini Dina maybe ready to change bikinis whoops, a little bigger change -- changed lawyers  along with Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel's Motion to Dismiss the legal malpractice case against them. It also appears that Motion is on for July 9, 2015 (Under Motion 4) and perhaps their scheme to seemingly separate themselves from the law firm and sneak in legal arguments BEFORE the 3 other motions were decided, will go unaddressed by Mr. Parlatore. I am not sure why. I am concerned he may be afraid to take any open positions until a decision is made by the Judge, so he hopes, to dismiss the "defamation" lawsuit against him and his client. This is why "defamation" lawsuits surrounding pending litigation is like walking in a minefield. It is simply crazy town.

In my humble laymen's opinion, Mr. Parlatore has fought honorably thus far but this is the type of nonsense that causes unfair or pressure settlement games when Judge's do not make prompt judicial  determinations and go AWOL. This Judge is far beyond the 60 day notice and is accepting motions with 4 stacked up on her docket.

I guess Dina may be out shopping for new bikini's to celebrate but their motion is scheduled. Here is the court docket below:
