Denault was arrested in 2011 but the New Mexico SAIC inflating prices went on as late as 2012 so why hasn't both Preet Bharara and the US Army -- Pentagon taken action against SAIC aka Leidos violating their DPA? See bottom of the post for link.

The US Army Legal Counsel really must investigate if SAIC aka Leidos violated their DPA aka Deferred Prosecution Agreement but it looks like Preet Bharara let every NYC Gov official off the hook and top SAIC officials and it is like OJ Simpson -- Preet just can't see any guilt among the most guilty SAIC because Gerard Denault didn't work in a vacuum and even SAIC had auditors Deloitte. SAIC provides scientific, engineering, and technical services to commercial and government customers and is headquartered in Northern Virginia.
Between 2002 and 2012, the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech) received six federal grants from the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to train first responder personnel to prevent and respond to terrorism events involving explosive devices. New Mexico Tech awarded subgrants to SAIC to provide course management, development, and instruction. The United States alleged that SAIC’s cost proposals falsely represented that SAIC would use far more expensive personnel to carry out its efforts than it intended to use and actually did use, resulting in inflated charges to the United States.

Leidos (aka SAIC) to pay Justice Department $1.5 million to settle False Claims Act charges
SAIC assisted the commission while it was considering a rule about the release of certain radioactive material. As part of the contract, SAIC was required not to have any “conflicting business relationships that could bias its work for the [agency],”according to the Justice Department statement.
