Under Mayor Bloomberg contractors consultants and lobbyists I allege over billed aka stealing and I believe politicians that don't want them heavily monitored arrested punished jail --- are getting money funneled (or back room deals for future jobs/careers/ambitions) to them just like the NYPD top brass like Chief Chuck Dowd given for example thousands of dollars worth of golfing from at least one contractor that was allegedly over billing us a 911 the biggest tech corruption ever New York City government history -- and Hewlett-Packard possibly made backroom deal with the mayor himself to mayors to prevent a criminal investigation by simply returning $10 million a bargain considering I'm alleging they still mega millions - hewlett-Packard open the floodgates for everyone I'm 91 one that could to overbill!!!!!
Internal affairs refuses to investigate whether NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd was getting graft compensation regarding FirstNet and I exclusively reported that Bratton and Dowd hosted a FirstNet board meeting at 1 Police Plaza.
FirstNet is now under federal investigation is our 911 Tech system over $1 billion over budget should be.

HP went over budget far more than $11 million and didn't deliver what they were supposed to and all the contractors everyone in New York City government aware of 911 knew this as does the new DOITT and DOI heads and Mark Peters and Cy Vance Think that anyone with a brain all except you can go for that many millions are far more and not be stealing? The city leaders 2 DOI heads Rose Gill Hearn who I allege got 2 kickback positions from Bloomberg and Mark Peters expect us to believe you can go over budget $1 billion and there's no stealing!!!
Politicians want backing of these contractors and lobbyists and consultants clearly they're willing to cover up crimes the worst 911 because that's all our lives in danger.
Hewlett-Packard had no 911 experience but had powerful connections to get the contract there was no real bid as usual the fix was in it was manipulation including getting rid of the original contractor -- hewlett-Packard is so powerfully connected that they're paying $10 million not have a criminal investigation and to kill any chance of us getting much more money more than CityTime because it was open season on over billing and thanks a Hewlett-Packard 911was built on house of cards.
The one honest DOITT head Paul cosgrove called for the end of the contract with you let Packard and he was forced out - more created manipulation.
Mayor de Blasio is giving contractors lobbyist consultants the greenlight to continue to overbill us rob us blind and it looks like he pointed a head of department of investigation just like Bloomberg to make sure anyone who could help their political careers will not be prosecuted in my opinion.
The NYPD also are getting graft from these consultants who also hire them after they retire I'm alleging for fixing and favors like my case as well as retaliation. All they do is pick up the phone to one police Plaza or the precinct...
911 is the worst example and all the greed and stupidity has put 8 million peoples lives at risk. It would be tragic if a large-scale terrace attack or another hurricane Sandy finally pulled the curtain away we get the criminal investigation we should've had years ago because this is bigger than CityTime!!!!
