Joan Illuzi DA Handling Bloody Mess FBI New Attorney General #NYPD Internal Affairs Corruption

At Peace and because of my health and will not be fasting.  

I got my period twice last month I had a lot of bleeding and I have to have an ultrasound now.   I explained to the MD about last month the DA's abuses and the day I saw her anniversary of  terribly traumatic savage attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman -- she was stunned at the poster I showed her Cy Vance DA Worse Than NFL.   It's a no-brainer in my opinion  that I was bleeding twice last month my period  because of what the DA was doing to me jerking me around making themselves in my opinion accomplices to crimes by my attacker, her and her co-workers lies as well as  NYPD and internal affairs crime coercion and IAB accessory covering up.  

I wanted an ultra sound anyway to see if the tumors have grown (last year due to trauma the pendulated tumor grew Aprox an inch)  but my new Obama care doctor is concerned and I have to see her yet again which is a bummer.   I'm waiting for the ultrasound referral and then she and I are  going to meet to discuss that and other concerns.

When we meet I have to make it clear that the Manhattan DA put me through so much stress, upset and abuse in my pinging acting like accomplices to the NYPD that threaten me coerced me and accomplices to a savage attack at a doctors office which statement it's me was wrong and a crime but yet they did not arrest her causing me even more suffering and my mother who is in really bad shape from Parkinson's plus.  

Yes I am preparing to file a notice of claim and a lawsuit for a lot of money a lot because my first lawsuit I only asked for $50,000.   

I will be naming all the original defendants plus top brass of the NYPD starting with Bill Bratton and the head of internal affairs plus the Manhattan DA Cy Vance Joan Illuzi ADA Joe Giovenetti Tiana Walton and an investigator Sihboan Berry.  

If they want to lie about me when they respond to the Supreme Court ethics complaint that will be interesting but one thing I do believe they will not want to lie under oath.   The DA admitted  it's me I was the victim of a violent crime in the doctors office.   Admitted her complaint was a false cross-complaint.  They did not seem to care that I was harassed including online threatened repeatedly on the computer via YouTube as well as in a letter from my attacker which she signed to her NYPD fixers.  

The DA I am alleging  are protecting possible even more police corruption and trying to make sure that the police involved in my case that their files on other victims are not opened.  

Bratton's admission of police corruption underscores my case and I'm preparing to sue so that my lawsuit will be part of a federal and historical era so that for many years to come people who will be studying my lawsuits whether I win or lose as I work also to change federal laws.   

For the first time since the attack I slept entire night until 5 AM.  

I also want to find out if Joe Tacopina was the lawyer that threatened me on YouTube warning me not to come forward and calling me a cunt - telling me the tables would be turned on me and Det John Vergona I allege an anti Semitic misogynist did just that --  I can find out Joe Tacopina is the cowardly creep or connected to aggravated harassment and witness tampering and prove it I will work to have him disbarred if he isn't before I ever find out.

My Mom is not doing well.  She can barely walk but she does not want to give up trying.   

This morning my right leg is a little Numb, usually it is my left fingers are numb and I know it's from the attack that it hurt my neck which was in his severely arthritic.  

Right now my greatest joy it's so bizarre is Soul Cycle.  Whatever my pains or health issues I just get on that bicycle and I'm part of the group that I know when I walk out I will feel better my body's gonna be in better shape despite health issues. 

I sleep deeply and the first time through the entire night but I have to say walking was a problem I don't think it was Parkinson's plus simpatico for mom but just extreme exhaustion and my leg is a little wobbly from the achilles Tendonitis cast and way too much walking lately.  

As soon as we get The new Atty. Gen. I want to contact her about the NYPD and the FBI New York branch and that in my Pinion the NYPD New York branch has not done enough.   The FBI at one point had told me to contact the DA but I now have proof and my pain in the DAs corrupt protecting police corruption and internal affairs corruption so I am going to write her or him The new Attorney general let them know about my case and my concerns the FBI's not doing enough I understand they have to fight terrorism but for New York City many people feel the NYPD internal affairs and even the DA or form of terrorism protect protecting corruption and horrific crimes.  

Note:  I don't understand the legal jargon up the response to my lawsuit but it's odd to me the last sentence as I can for see my case in state court. 

I'm going to be pursuing my case so stay tuned and I'm prepping for a second lawsuit if the DA think they put me my place along with oligarchs in New York they made a mistake because you know what that place is going to be the Senate to testify against them all including police corruption internal fares corruption as well as retaliation for my whistleblowing to Manning a criminal investigation to 911 as well as other blog posts about corruption New York City government   

Michael Lewis's book Flash Boys and his newest revelations excoriating Cyrus Vance are powerful and compelling and proof Vance won't be here DA much longer in my opinion. 

Bratton is a joke, a phony calling out police corruption and I'm tweeting him police reports for the police lied and then cruise David Goodman at the New York Times.   

Bratton will be fired it's just we make it to the end of the year?

Google Dr Fagelman assault watch a running punch to my head at the doctor's office by the ray rice of medical reception desks, not fired or arrested.  The NYPD, than Internal Affairs and finally I allege Cy Vance and the head of hate crimes fixed it making the DA, the NYPD, Internal Affairs and Dr Andrew Faeglman  worse than the NFL in my opinion.
