Found someone searching this DI from IAB so hey since I found your name please check out my case --- IAB took a serious crime COERCION and farmed it out to Lt Agnes of The Integrity Bureau who let Det John Vergona retire and Lt. Agnes never spoke with me. I was told by IAB Sgt Decker Lt Agnes would interview everyone just like Det John Vergona told me he would and he never did.
Vergona would not even meet with me. My attacker's detectives never contacted me. Their supervisor would not respond to emails including asking for badge numbers but you will see he did reopen my case in Feb 2013 and did not contact me yet again but wrote uncooperative which is in my opinion slander since unless you mean I did not go quietly when coerced
Eventually I gave in to the 4 day wait until Saturday to be false arrested using Delita Hooks false cross complaint which the Corp Counsel Laywer told me was sealed.. Yes in under a year these corrupt detectives sealed her false cross complaint with their crime coercion.

Det John Vergona told me he did not care if I had two black eyes. He did not seem to know which eye was damaged but he repeatedly refused to meet me to see the damage to my eye and the defensive wounds on my arm and damage to my neck.
He and his supervisor both have at least 20 years allowed to retire?
Ron Kuby wrote a letter 2 days later after I was coerced to drop charges Saturday and the letter is short hand for my client is being coerced while in contrast my attacker's letter which was read to me not shown to me by IAB Sgt O'Donnell clearly threatened me if I dare come forward ever agains to file assault charges against my attacker. Nice to have NYPD pals....sealed up her crimes with their own in under one year.

I continue to demand my case be moved out of the First Precinct Detective Squad to NYPD One Police Plaza, Chief Pulaksi unit or whom ever replaces him.
Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue to violate my patient rights and than repeatedly violate my body. It was like "knock-out" the goal after a running punch as fast and hard as possible to my eye than to drag me by my hair to the elevator.
